The prices posted in the aisle signs on their products do not match what you are charged at checkout. Also they do not price match with other targets for sale items they deem as clearance items” although their signs do not specify if an item is on SALE or CLEARANCE. Buyer beware.

6 rows of parking for the handicapped is WILD, and the spots ALWAYS EMPTY. It was a mile walk and a workout just to get in the door. All the able bodied got to park all the way at publix just to get to target. The handicap need one row. I’ve lived in the area almost all my 30 yrs of life and never seen a handicapped car parked in a handicap spot at this store EVER. Just 6 rows of handicapped parking for nothing. Don’t let it be raining or super cold, customers cant enjoy the shopping because the struggle of getting s good parking spot. & God forbid a real handicap person forgets their sticker. It’s ridiculous.

I give them a 0 or 1 star because their customer service is RUDE!! Target has been taking back Cat & Jack old and used clothes or shoes and you’d get store credit. I received $100 for a bag and was told that’s their max amount. Fine. I came back a few months later and their store policy is NEW AND IT HAS TO BE DISTRESSED so they only want the ruined stuff. My stuff had tags and all new cat & jack. Shame on you! The lady was SOOOO RUDE. I will NEVER shop here again!!

This store is constantly out of stock on groceries items (flavor day whipped cream, milk, bread, doesn’t even seem to carry fresh produce such as strawberries) Southside location is rarely out of anything. Whoever is in charge of ordering and stocking should be fired

Merchandise seems to never have the correct price tag in front of the item, and on top of that they don’t honor the price that is advertised. They claim that customers move things all around but the items are clearly stocked in that location all the way to the back of the shelf. And coming in regularly the merchandise is in the same spot everytime. But they can just advertise on the shelf that something is 45$ until you get to the register and it rings at 100$

The manager , she is beyond rude (.) both to the customers and employees. Her attitude towards everyone is harsh , yelling ,mean and using unprofessional and attacking language. I felt so upset that she behaves that way to her team member . Also to customers she walks around as she is fighting and when team members call her she comes and says all rude things and leaves without solving . She intervened in the middle of a pick up and asked me to come back another day without even looking to my order details . Even though order is ready she wants to give you hard time all the time . Even at the check out she acts so awkward , doesn’t let you scan the wallet and throws item into bag . Why ? Really why would someone do all to make customers and employees life miserable ?
Today I have visited the same store and manager Julie behaved as same as all other days to customers and employees rushing , yelling , angry gestures .. I asked her if she can be calm and let customers enjoy the experience not to be rushed and pushed . I also asked if she reads the google review of the store . She said she never reads google reviews as people put negative things , I kindly ask if she can read the reviews and gain some insights as feedback. I simply put the cart without shopping at this store and I am going to choose another store just because her persistent attitude towards customers and employees. I literally begged her today to be kind and at least taking 2 minutes to read reviews . Everyone has life stress and things going through nobody wants to go to store and get such treatment she does it in all occasions when you shop when you check out when you ask something to employees . I hope she can value the feedback .

Went to buy some waxing kit. Came home and opened a box and saw this inside the box! Disgusting… never liked going to the this store but from now on will be ordering everything online.

nice store, very neat and organized for the most part. one of my favorite targets in town. employees are 50/50 if they're helpful or not, just gotta get lucky
