Staff is hit or miss. I have asked several times which store has an item and can they please look it up? I have been told if it's not out; we don't have it. That's total BS to tell a customer a lie like that because you are too lazy to do your job.

After experiencing the headache of closing my online account, I will NEVER open another one! I had a gift card provided by my employer and wanted to use it for online shopping that required an account; however, there was no way for customers to self-close accounts and instead, a rep needed to be contacted, an unnecessary process, that was with more aggravation after receiving notification that it will be 45 DAYS before my account is closed! Customers should receive warnings before opening an account through merchants like Target or allow account closures without having to contact a rep. Is there a reason for shoppers not being able to automatically close their accounts as if they are experiencing a scammer???

Well santa just get scammed in this store they don't accept returns for an violent video games for a 9 year old kid, Jan 4 Thursday 2:40 pm I hope someone check the cameras the guy at the customer service act like he want to fight me, he said I could made a copy from that game, he said F... You at the end, now shoplifters can in and out and nothing happens, but a 9 year old kid weekly customer and neighbor must to be scammed.

Called and asked to speak with a manager to request parking a U-Haul moving truck in their parking lot overnight. They have a lot of parking space that is underutilized (I’ve been shopping here for 3 years). I was put on hold, then told that they are “very strict” with overnight parking (I saw no visible signs in their parking lot). I was also told that the permission would have to come from higher up in their leadership but they had no way to contact them. I asked the manager if they had any name of phone numbers, anyone at all I could speak with or call but she stated there was simply no way to contact them.Moving during Christmas holiday sucks enough but come on Target

Such a great experience at Target today. The last product on the shelf, with no packaging and some dirt that I could see- the staff immediately discounted the price and made the purchase and sale so much better. Thanks Target !

Big target. Items were mostly organized and neat even during holiday rush weekend. Staff was nice. Not the cleanest of stores.

I want to thank the cashier, James, specifically. I have been shopping at Target for a long time and this was the first time I heard about the savings on the app. I'm sure if I didn't have such a busy life I could have slowed down and figured that out myself, but I haven't. Very thankful to James for showing me the tricks on how to save on children's toys/books. He got my price dropped from $90 to $60 by the time I was done. Needless to say that I will be back to purchase a lot more books and toys within the next couple weeks to prep for Christmas. Thank you to Target for having such a wonderful and helpful staff!

They normally have what you need. A little costly. I wish the stores could treat us more like a customer that doesn't steal. I understand we are in tough times for this, but hopefully, they can come up with an idea to treat honest customers more fairly. How about check at the door and not check you while you are shopping. Thanks in advance for trying.

This Target plays the absolute worst music and it ruins the shopping experience. I feel so bad for the employees that have to deal with it on a regular basis and still keep going. They are truly remarkable human beings with what I'm assuming is the highest level of patience imaginable. Target, please invest in a better musical atmosphere or play no music at all.

I've nothing but bad experiences with Target Optical. At first, I mean- it's Target, and who doesn't love Target. Their eyeglass department does not live up to the standards of the store. Last time, I waited over 45 minutes for the employee to return from their lunch break. The website stated they were open and did not mention anything about closing for lunch. When I arrived, there was a handwritten note, which stated be back in 31 mins. Some guy showed back up 45 mins later.
