  I looked up particular items online for a work trip. I drove past the Target by my house to this one because it said everything was in stock at this location. I get here and nothing is in stock. Shelves were bare. An 1.5 hours wasted because they can’t keep track of simple inventory.

  Target is wonderful we all know, but what makes this location so special? For me, it’s the way they handled the Onyx Storm book release yesterday, 1/21. Us fans were lined up at 6 am in 40 degree weather to get a chance at a book at 8 am. When the time came, a Target associate escorted the line of 40+ people inside to guest services where all of the books were being held for fast & easy checkout. We did not have to race each other to the back of the store or fight over purchase. The employees made sure we stayed in our line and MOST IMPORTANTLY: they limited purchase to one book per customer. These were special edition releases, so even though I was guaranteed a book near the front of the line, I can’t imagine how the people in the back would have felt seeing customers walk out with 5+ special edition runs (likely to be scalped online). Especially since lots of people at the front were buzzing about buying multiple, some even 3+ copies, despite already having the book at home from midnight release or expecting copies to arrive in the mail that day. Great job Target, for aligning with book lovers instead of amateur-entrepreneurs!!
  
  I can’t speak for the online system that day, but book releases aren’t meant for online purchase. That would be called a pre order, which specifically was not available through Target (as it shouldn't have been). Anyone who was upset about that is just mad that their “hack” to be first from the comfort of their bed did not work out lol.

  The CVS pharmacists is really passive aggressive , she won’t help you even if she can , I worked 6 years as a pharmacy tech at Walgreens and we never treated people like that!!!!

  My neighbor witnessed the delivery driver drop and tape the box shut. He left it at my door taped up with holes in the box. When I called customer service I was told I need to return it to Target for a refund? Why should I have to go out of my way to return a damaged product?

  Taylor Swift Black Friday was SUCH a breeze at this store. Before they opened, they went down the line to take down everyone’s names and what we wanted, then had us check out one at a time with our items ready to go. No stress, no rush, no sweat. Every staff member was so kind, and the Starbucks team even passed out treats and water. Thank you so much!!!

  BE AWARE !! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent incident at the Target store on Beach Boulevard by Hodges that left me feeling frustrated and betrayed as a long-time customer.
  
  This morning, I saw a promotion on the Target app advertising a PlayStation 5 Slim for $424.99, with an enticing offer of 60% off the second unit. Excited about the deal, my husband and I drove to the store to make the purchase. Prior to leaving, I took a screenshot of the promotion for reference.
  
  Upon arriving at the store, I spoke with a Target assistant who confirmed the promotion was indeed showing on her store computer as well. Encouraged by this confirmation, I decided to proceed with the purchase. However, to my surprise (and hers), the promotion did not ring up at the register. The assistant promptly called a manager, who also acknowledged the promotion but explained that it was a typographical error and that they would get it fixed. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do to honor the promotion other than to apologize.
  
  I found this situation incredibly frustrating. After leaving the store without making my purchase, I took the initiative to call Target customer service. To my astonishment, I was informed that Target reserves the right not to honor any promotion in the event of a typographical error.
  
  This raises a troubling question: Is misleading advertising now considered acceptable as long as it can be classified as a typo? This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed in Target, a company I have trusted and supported for many years.
  
  I hope Target takes this feedback seriously, as it reflects poorly on their customer service and commitment to their promotions. I would appreciate a clearer understanding of how such errors can occur and how they are handled in the future.

  Store is awesome. Have great selection in just about every category. Store is clean, nicely organized and layed out. Checkout is a breeze. The reason for 3 stars is employees. They are far from helpful or nice. Customer service is not what it was at Target 😞

  Most of the products here are overpriced. I spent $100, and the items barely cover the bottom of the grocery cart. Examples of overpriced goods are $6 for chocolate chunk morsels, $6 for honey, $5 for a box of cereal, $9 for a box of electrolyte packets, $2 for a jug of spring water, $4 for only a dozen eggs, $4 for shredded coconut, $8 for oil, etc cetera.
  
  This was a good place to get 30 eggs for about six bucks, but the eggs aren't in stock anymore! 😡
  
  However this is the only store in Jacksonville that has ground turkey sausage and turkey meatballs in stock.
  
  The store is clean. There are no lines. The staff provide assistance as needed.

  this is very good, especially for vinyls. I go here all the time they even still have back to school sales what I’m happy because someone might’ve forgot their supplies after back to school and it’s very good if you’re looking for a target this is the best target I’ve ever been in
