If this review will make any difference , a greeter would be helpful to have. When you walk in there's no line of course So you're not sure what to do unless you're acknowledge. Then when someone does become available, they're not sure whose first. Just need some order.The girl with the long twists had amazing customer service, taking the lead when no one else would.Thank you.

I love the welcoming environment in this place here and all the helpful staff who works in this location! I’m traveling almost every year and l made an exchange US-Euro and was surprised that this happened at the moment. In another bank, I waited almost a week to do this exchange with a request form which is such a frustration because who has time to wait for everything? Highly recommended not only this place but TD Bank in general! Take this friendly advice from an old customer of this bank!

Horrible bank. I have banked with them for over 15 years. Recently the Gate Parkway location has become HORRIBLE. They don't care how much money you have in your account, how long you have banked with them. They tell u anything just to get you out of their hair. The customer service is awful here. TD has given me the incorrect amount of money on a cash withdrawal. When I spoke up, they got upset saying I was attempting to fraud them. Lol it was $20!!! It wasn't until a worker stated to count down the drawer, and OOPS... $20 OVER! Stay away from the Gate Parkway Location. The one off Prudential is a lot better and they take the time to actually help u.

I had a safety deposit box and an account there. When I didn't need the box anymore I had intended to close the account. The bank manager made the process so pleasant and smooth I decided to keep the account open.

Branch manager is NOT accommodating. Joshua (Manager) would NOT give me a debit card because I didn't have my phone with me.I had my driver's license but he wouldn't issue me one. I asked him to call corporate from the phone and he refused to call. When I did get near a phone, I called Corporate and they said that he could have issued me one since he was the manager. NOT THE MOST CONVENIENT BANK. I also left my driver's license at the bank and he didn't call me to inform me that he had it.I went to another TD bank and not only did they issue me a debit card, they did it without a phone!! Hmmmm...Josua- DO BETTER!!They also issued it without a current driver's license as it was left at the other bank.Seriously considering changing to another bank. Working on my mother to do the same.

I just moved in the area and started using this location. Why so many one star reviews? Some of those were not even written by TD customers. Come on. They are open on Sundays. Give them a break.

Starting to bank at TD has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to date. I’m grateful for how helpful and accommodating everyone who works here is, and I’ve honestly just found banking at TD Bank to be painless overall. I hope that my experience continues to reflect this ease and service, and as long as I don’t have to, I don’t see myself changing banks anytime soon. Hopefully ever. Thanks TD!

Very disappointed! As a customer with TD and formerly Commerce Bank for over 20 years I had to change my checking account due to an issue. I was formerly in the over 50 account and never had to pay any fees. The new checking account was called over 60 and I was never told by the representative at the Gateway office that there would be any change regarding the account. I now found that a maintenance fee was assessed to the account. I called TD and was told they could do nothing as this is how the over 60 account is handled. Disappointed due to my customer loyalty to TD. I could not post this without putting one star in the review. For me it is Zero stars!

Worst bank ever. Not enough locations and literally zero atms. Do not bank here. The people inside are horrible too. Switching my business and personal acct this week.

35 minutes agoNEWI got a commercial loan through this bank that I was told would not touch my personal credit.Welp...today I got notification from my credit report that they put my commercial loan on my personal credit.I'm supposed to be buying a house....not good.I called customer support, after spending 30mins on the phone just trying to figure out where my account was as names, addresses, etc....couldn't be found....We finally got it together....but nobody could help me. So...I'm waiting on management to call me from customer service. While waiting I decide to go into the bank....the bank says "that's not our bank". I don't even know what that means as my paperwork says TD Bank on it, the credit report shows TD Bank, TD bank customer service finally found my info and confirmed it over the phone....so...maybe the branch itself is different from....I dunno. But the logos and everything is the same.So.....between the level of ignorance and incompetence in their banking and financing ability.....I'd highly suggest you don't use this bank for anything.Sincerely,The guy not able to buy his house now most likely.

I'm shocked at all the bad reviews of this TD Bank. We've been TD Bank account holders for several years and this is one of the most beautiful locations we've been to and everyone I've worked with has been great.Right now, there's some construction on the sidewalks, but it's not a problem.On my first visit, upon entering I was greeted by someone at the front desk and she directed me to the tellers towards the far end. There were two tellers on duty dealing with drive-thru customers so I had to wait a few minutes. She was very pleasant and I was in and out within ten minutes.Second visit, no one at front desk but we spoke with a teller and she brought us to a banker who was very personable and took care of us.The only issue I have with TD Bank in Jax is there are only two locations, but it's not a big deal to us as we're never too far.We like TD because they've also protected us from fraudulent charges (sent me a text to verify and then stopped payment on subsequent charges) and credited back those amounts. Immediately after the fraudulent charges on my debit card, I went into the branch and they printed out a new debit card on the spot. No waiting for it in the mail. They've also allowed us to order newly minted bills in specific denominations.The only way we'll ever switch is if they close this branch down.
