My experience at the TD bank on prudential dr today was marvelous, Bre’Yanna was very professional and was able to open an savings and checkings account for me without any issues .I would definitely recommend going to her for any of your banking needs

The black nonchalant lady was the worst banker I’ve worked with of all TD banks I went to. I asked to open up 2nd checking account after a few minutes of her saying I shouldn’t I asked for card replacement instead , she didn’t want to move with that I told her I was leaving she complained and said I thought you came for a 2nd checking I said can I make the 2nd checking then she said No. she didn’t say anything after that it was awkward I got my License and left

Gate parkway Branch Vice President Joshua Wright is perhaps the most blatantly racist lying individual I have ever interacted with and downtown branch has a sellout pet. After scheduling an appointment online to open account, I waited in lobby almost 30 minutes for him to say sorry we had a technical glitch while other people were serviced on time, just to be told Coinbase is fraudulent and I will not be opening an account for u. Then after I requested the policies he is claiming he brings out a depository agreement and mentions the clause that’s states they can end any relationship they want, after I replied that’s not sufficient enough he opened my account with my driver license in his hand. Less the. 2 days later when my wire transfer comes in my account is frozen because “I never Presented a driver license” and the wire is sent back. How does one open an account at a bank with no form of ID? I incur additional fees for wire, wire return and when I go to a different branch downtown I have this incompetent guy boldly tell me he already spoke to Joshua and I’m lucky they are not closing my account but they will be in the near future because of Coinbase. I asked that guy for policy’s pertaining to crypto he hands me depository agreement that has 0 crypto or Coinbase mentions and I tell him that because I already scanned the pdf version and he tells me it’s a big document read it it’s in there boldly lying while he brags about HIS crypto on Coinbase.Bank is a joke most convenient racism is all I experienced. And the douchebag downtown is extremely dumb to say the least

Stay away from this branch. They discriminate and dont respect decades old customers. They give you dumb excuses to replace your debit card. You have to travel to another branch that replaces your card in 5min. Disgusting mngnt.

This branch would not help me to breakdown a hundred dollar bill because I did not have an account there. Little did they know that I am new to town and am looking for a bank. I haven't decided yet but now I know which bank I will NOT be a customer with!

They wouldn’t let me open an account because the address on my drivers license is not Jax. I told them I’m only here working temporarily and even offered to show them the email from my job that says I work there but they said I had to have an address here, again, I’m here temporarily and I live in an Airbnb I don’t get my mail sent there. I went to Bank of America and they had no problem opening me an account.
