It's an easy ?????????? given the sub-standard customer relations response explained below.My experience at Temptations specifically to buy dance shoes was quite impressive -- in a 0 out of 5 stars ⭐ kind of way:I went to Temptations to urgently purchase a pair of dance shoes to immediately use for work:I left Temptations and went straight to work planning to use my new shoes.Within 1.5 hrs of wearing them, the heel broke at the heel adhesive/glue. Adhesives have a very distinct appearance when they are applied and set correctly but LATER incorrectly stored, ESPECIALLY from long-term exposure to high heat (like left in a car or warehouse for a long time)Since I had no usable shoes in the middle of my shift, l immediately returned to Temptations with the defective does only a few HOURS after I bought the shoes. The same staff were still there -- a female floor worker and the male manager.To be told that they would not accept a return or offer an exchange, BUT I COULD GET A DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER PURCHASE "for the inconvenience". Why would I buy another item OUT OF MY OWN POCKET when there was such severe lack of concern with resolving what was clearly a quality issue...??? The manager didn't even attempt to place blame for the broken shoe, that's how obvious it was. MELTED GLUE LOOKS LIKE MELTED GLUE.I am permanently uninterested in shopping at Temptations, unless there is a new owner and much more proactive management since then. Better inventory fashion and quality as well...Customer relations standards at Temptations might not even exist... If Temptations does have customer relations and customer service expectations for itself... Just kill the policies before they lay eggs. Here's why:(1) poor customer service conversation with no verbal expression to get details of the problem or provide options to resolve it,(2) unspoken and UNWRITTEN policy of no returns (said the manager. I was only given a simple receipt of sale, not an itemized receipt to keep and was not offered one,(3) The NERVE to insult me as a customer that has already paid by suggesting they are only willing to accommodate me with a discount... On yet another purchase.SMH.

They never give me a discount, if feels like they charge more when I say I work in club . The could use a upgrade of toy section ,and dance wear . Very high prices. Online is cheaper if you know what you want .

DANCERS BEWARE: I was on stage the same day I bought these shoes and not even a full 30 minutes on stage they snapped. Like full separation from heel to toe. I paid $124 for a pair. Do not buy shoes from here please. Clothes are super cute and long lasting but please save yourself and avoid the shoes at all costs. From one dancer to another, clothes shoes

Cheap shoes. Got a pair of dancer shoes from here and they broke within a week of me having them and Temptations wouldn’t do anything about it. I understand the policy but a week of usage for expensive dancer shoes is unacceptable and as a customer I should’ve received some type of compensation. I would not recommend dancers to come here for quality products.

The owner Pete is very rude. I pulled into the parking lot distressed. My car started running hot and the owner Pete. Blocked me in cursed me out and started shouting at me to move them started to blow his horn at me like a mad crazy person with startled my children and made them cry. I felt very unsafe now knowing if he was going to pull out a gun and shoot me. He is very racist towards blacks. I will be making a police report I felt very threatened and afraid for my life as well as my children.
