Since I bought this very expensive bed, it has been a nightmare. Bought their most expensive, high tech(allegedly) bed- ActiveBreeze with adjustable base. The deliver was all screwed up because I had a Bed frame, which I was told by the Salesman that was totally fine-it was not once their 3rd party delivery company showed up. After some “arm wrestling, I was able to get it delivered-had to show them some money. Then one of the twin Mattress didn’t have the correct coupling to connect to the base for the heater/airflow connector. Called the store manager and he did make this part a little easier on me by handling the logistics for a replacement bed. Still took two weeks for the second delivery to remove and replace that mattress. Once I set up the bed, I tried the heating feature and it didn’t work. Again called the store manager and he jumped on it, and got me a repair guy to come out and fixed the issue-a few weeks later. Now 2 months later, once again my heater isn’t working and no longer can use the store to help me out. Mind you, I’ve now only had 6 months since purchasing. The “claim process “ is absolutely ridiculous! I can fill out most by giving the name , date of purchase, serial number, and a copy of my receipt . But they want several pictures, of the frame (I have to remove the bedding entirely AND the mattress to take a picture of? I’ve given you everything you should need-copy of receipt, serial number of the unit having the issue. Again this is absurd and customer service….well it’s not customer service-it’s a robot. Never again will I buy

UPDATE: We were told our mattresses would be delivered in 7-10 business days. We are now on the 11th business day and have not heard from anyone about delivery.
Alex was very knowledgeable and made sure we chose the best mattress for our needs.

11/20 - Alex explained everything thoroughly
12/3 - standing by as we are now on the full 10th business day after purchase, we were quoted 7-10 days. I was also told 2 mattresses shipped from Orlando or Atl last Wed.
12/5 - So now everything is officially late, no word as to when, I'm lowering my rating. I would not trust what you are told regarding deliveries.

Bill was awesome! If every purchase of a high dollar item (cars, furniture, etc) was this kind of experience the world would be a better place. No high pressure, just very informative and spent lots of time for with us to find the perfect mattress for our needs.

We walked in the store looking to try out a mattress we saw online and Bill Lego helped us with our purchase. Bill has so much passion and knowledge in the field and it was really apparent with how he explained everything in detail. He was very patient and comforting. It was definitely the experience we were looking for as a walk in. I highly recommend dropping by the store if you want to get more insight on the different beds and bases to see how they will mold to YOUR body and experience. There is no one size fits all and I think it’s crucial to go in person.

Great experience, Bill Lego gave us an incredible experience at this Tempur-pedic store, fell in love with the bases. He also gave us an immense amount of information that will helps us get better sleep. Very knowledgeable, definitely recommend checking out this store.
