I would not recommend for large parties, no more than 30/40 people, my child's vpk graduation was held there and the tent and chair set up was horrible, the chairs were so close that when someone sat in front of me she sat on my knee, then they only set up 1 tent and the daycare paid for two. It was hot we can't control that but why not place the tent and chairs on the side of the building instead of behind where there was more shade. Outside events should come with fans . What was the point in trying to force everyone though the house just to go back out in the back, parking was not suitable for the amount estimated for <=100 people, they didn't even cut the grass, I don't feel like the event was given 100% respect or attention it deserved why where tables set up with no snacks dinning, they just took up space in the hall making it difficult to move around for pictures. Don't over book for the space you have, I would not recommend large events be held here

My husband and I rented The Dunn's out on November 17, 2023, for our wedding/reception. The moment I walked inside, I was very pleased with the setup. It was very clean and the environment was just excellent. The owner Glen was very nice and prompt from beginning to end. He even offered ideas with the setup for our event which was great. When it comes to renting "The Dunn's," you can't go wrong. The price was just right, the location and the customer service received. I will definitely be renting again for any future events. The space was very beautiful and I would rent the space again. The customer service was excellent and the owner was prompted. However, I recommend addressing some issues such as the ice machine must be cleaned out there were black particles attached to the ice, the refrigerator was nasty inside, the paper towel dispenser was empty in the kitchen, and there was no paper towel or tissue plus noracks in the restroom for the items. My friends had to go purchase paper towels for people to use in the bathroom to dry their hands.

I got the venue for my wedding ceremony and reception the owner was very helpful along the process it’s a beautiful place. Amazing place to rent for any event owners are amazing was attentive the entire time we were there, very helpful highly recommended it will be using them for any other events love the location it’s beautiful

Celebrated my aunt's 80th birthday. It was a very nice indoor space with a kitchen, but the patio in the back, was perfect. I am planning on booking it in the future.
