This is the most horrible job to work for they don't care about they workers at all, you will get point and they won't even tell you management is horrible 2nd shift is horrible, you can't work im peace the management sneaks around watching you while you work they system is ran horrible they don't even know how to run it well, they run out of task and make up task job is a joke they don't treat people right at all

Rip-offs. I tried getting a pet tag from a Walmart location. I didn't know it was exact change, I only had 2- 5.00 bills and my total was 9.00. Walmart couldn't break my 5.00 so I could pay the exact amount. I tried paying the remaining balance on my debit card, it wouldn't let me. Finally I selected refund and to my surprise they didn't refund my five in cash rather it printed a refund voucher for 5.00 and a number I had to call. I called the number and they didn't ask any questions about any transaction number or anything asked for my name and address and I'm not so sure they even wrote the information down. 8dk if this is regular practice or what but if they do this to multiple people and swindle them out of their money, I'd say it's a rip off and shouldn't be put in stores. Rant over

On Saturday 4/27/19 I used the Hillman Groups dog tag engraving machine at the Walmart in St. Augustine. I paid the 10.00 for the tag but the machine did not provide me with the completed tag. I spoke with Customer Service at Walmart and was advised I needed to contact the Hillman Group. They called me back a little over 24 hours later and are mailing me a tag.
