Was a tenant for 6 years, I concluded my business with them when my lease was up. 6 months later I get a collections letter claiming I owe rent to them. I called Park Potenza who alleged they sent me a certified letter of the due amount, I never received and requested proof of signature of delivery, of which they claimed unable to provide. I was royally screwed by Park of Potenza. I was a 6 year tenant and when I left I owed nothing, 6 months later i get a collection's letter without any prior warning. Yes, my new address was correct when I moved out. I never received that alleged certified letter.

I enjoyed my one year of living here just had to move to upgrade to bigger place. The apartment is nice clean and updated inside. Shout out to the maintenance men who would always just even say hello how are you every day and responded to any maintenance request immediately and efficient. Tonya and Brenda were a pleasure to deal with anytime I needed to talk about my apartment.

I've been here not even a month and I am very disappointed with my stay so far. This apartment has been very misleading and they try to cover it with promotions, i have had multiple issues since moving in and the response time to resolve these issues have not been the best, some of the issues I've dealt with are major German cockroach infestation that has had pest control come out twice and it seems as if it has gotten worse, I have a dishwasher that was suppose to be replaced but hasn't and is now collecting mold, I've had multiple work orders put in for them to be closed without the actual issue being resolved. PLEASE BE AWARE.

I’ve only been here for less than a month and was very mislead with the conditions of the apartment and I’m very dissatisfied. I’ve been putting in work orders and they’re being closed without being completed. The dishwasher is collecting mold and has not been replaced despite being advised it would be. There is also an extreme German cockroach infestation in the apartment, and even though pest control has already came by twice it seems like they are only multiplying. I have voiced my concerns with the leasing office and was only advised they could send pest control again but that I should keep in mind the building is old. Instead of replacing rusted items they only paint over the issue. I am hoping that they will resolve these issue before further measures need to be taken.

I lived in Park at Potenza for 2 years. Overall it wasn’t super bad. Their positive reviews are written for a contest. The tenant may win something or if the leasing absents name is in it, they will win something. I decided not to renew my lease in August because the conditions of the apartment became too much to live in. The apartments are old and outdated. When I moved in the carpet looked like it had been there for years. It had minor rips that eventually became bigger rips. When I notified maintenance, they sent someone who ripped out the carpet in my sons closet to patch up the rips in living room area carpet. About a year of being here myself and units around me started to have a really bad roach problem (they definitely came from another unit around us) . I notified the office and all they did was send an exterminator it seemed like once a month to spray in the kitchen. The visit was always less than 2 or 3 mins. My dryer stopped working. Maintenance came and whatever they did required me to have run my dryer at least twice for an hour at a time to dry one load of clothes. I stopped having company because I was embarrassed by the conditions. I can’t live like that so ultimately I decide to move. Instead of breaking my lease I moved out and paid the last two months of rent. Also make sure you document everything when you move in. There was a crack in my sons closet mirror. Maintenance covered it with a piece of silver tape that you don’t notice right away. When we noticed it we had been there almost a year. However, they charged me $350 for it because I didn’t notate it on my move in paper. If you don’t notice the tape, why would it be on the paper, and of course they say can’t take the charge off even though there is no record of me asking mail to fix a mirror. So if you want a place that’s old, outdated, affordable and had a roach issue come here. If not pay a little more to be comfortable and not have to deal with the issues I had.

This will be my third year living here and other than the normal things that come with an older apartment home I've had a very pleasant experience. The office staff over the years has always been so kind to me, Camellia, Brenda, Andy, Tonya. maintenance is very responsive. I use the pool and the gym often they are always kept clean! I dont mind the cats in the area- looks like they keep the pests away because I rarely have any problems?

I will be moving in this week and I'm so excited to call this place my home. CAMILIA is amazing and she has a way of making people feel so welcome and at peace. I have been emailing her for 2 weeks and she responds to my emails and calls me with immediate follow-up about prices, amenities, any concerns i may have and that was before even meeting her. She is amazing!!!! Thank you Camilia for all that you do.I hope I have a smooth move in and my apartment is ready. Will update upon move in day.UPDATE; move in was smooth and Crystal made just so easy. My apartment is so beautiful and I’m so glad I chose Potenza. So far the it’s been very peaceful, even in the evening. Such a great place to be.07-20 UPDATE: Not sure on what’s going with the property and landscaping care but I’m in building 14 and the hallway entrance looks terrible. My family this weekend mentioned that something must have change in a management because it looks bad . No grass, just dirt and mildew mulch….like it’a not okay, I have noticed that its just not the same. I hope this gets fixed…because my guest even notice and for the front to have beautification and other apartment buildings….we could definitely see the difference in care.

Hello current resident here. The maintenance staff are very professional and timely. The office rep Brenda will call you if they need to enter your home while you’re at work. They’ve definitely improved on their communication. The new fella at the front desk is very pleasant as well. 1) apartments have issues they’re practically unavoidable but when resolved everything is fine.2) misunderstandings happen we learn we grow we apologize to each other for our mishaps and we persevere.3) After researching other properties Day and night , This property is really peaceful , diverse,& everyone tends to their own business & are courteous, I could not ask for better set of neighbors. 5) our pools and our grounds are always kept. The only reason I gave a 4/5 is because of the loose cats. If we could do something about them stray cats perhaps some updated gym equipment ,pretty please Id rate it a 5 because otherwise they have a lot of places including the fancier properties beat.

This complex is great! Camellia made finding a unit, filling out all the paperwork, and moving in was honestly a breeze. She was so helpful, quick to answer any and all questions, and really made us feel welcome and excited to be moving. We've been here for about two months and the area is nice, quiet at night, clean, and everyone has been friendly. There haven't been any issues and we are looking forward to being here for a while!

I was a long time resident, who recently moved. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The staff was always friendly and professional. They worked quickly to resolve any issues. My apartment was great, I would have still been there if it wasn't for my personal life issues. I will miss that place and the office staff. Stop in have a chat...you can even grab a cookie.

Place is great, but it's ridiculous they list the fireplaces as an amenity yet, when you use them you get a notice on your door that it's against their insurance policies. Embarrassing and crazy especially when a rent raise proposal was over $200 more a month. The front office doesn't seem to care about the damage to your vehicles or people parking over the lines and then slamming into your cars... Sorry to leave, but at least we can use our new fireplace.Edited to add- what’s the misunderstanding? You list the fireplace as an amenity and then placed a notice on our door a this spring saying we couldn’t use the fireplace? What’s the misunderstanding?
