I’ve lived in about five luxury apartment towers in the last five years, and this one takes the cake. It’s even more beautiful in person than in the pictures and what is truly amazing is the management staff. They are completely non-corporate, and absolutely accommodating, responsive, and flexible. I dealt with Sandra, and she takes the win for the best of the best. Regrettably my spouse recently found out that the transfer might be to a different location so it looks like we will not be needing this apartment. But we researched all of them in Jacksonville (ended up seeing two) and this is absolutely the place to live in the Jacksonville, downtown, metro area.Ps: on on my initial walk-by the building when we arrived, I saw a resident walking into the building and I asked him what he thought about living there and he had nothing by compliments.

I truly love this place. Jackie and Sandra are amazing, and always responsive. My apartment is beautiful and perfect for me. I haven’t had any issues, nor complaints. I’m so glad I gave this place a try. And it very evident because this building stays at almost full occupancy that Residences at Barnett is doing something right!

I have been living here for four months and absolutely love it here. The owner, the leasing staff, security guards, maintenance man, and housekeeping all go above and beyond what is required of them. The location is perfect, I can walk to my dentist, eye doctor, and countless restaurants. Plus, the walls must be very thick because I do not hear my neighbors!

Wonderful place to live. The leasing office and security guards are so kind and go out of their way to be helpful. Great location downtown.

After living here for almost a year, here are the pros and cons of this place: PROS: -Great central city location, you can get anywhere in Jacksonville within 25 minutes -Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent maintenance and cleaning crew. -Nighttime security, key fob activated doors and elevators, security cameras -Very clean, fresh, and stylish apartments. Newly renovated building. Virtually all-new appliances. Fair prices. -Convenient elevator locations, 4 elevators so never a long wait -Free internet, very cheap electric and water bill -Easy bill pay with Building Portal app CONS: -Not a knock on the building, but there are bums everywhere in the surrounding area that harass you for change virtually every time you walk to your car, which you have to walk to because... -The assigned parking garage is about 2 blocks away from the building, and street parking costs money -Windows don't open, no fire escape -Dog p*** frequently on the sidewalks in the area around the building -No clubhouse, fitness center, pool/hot tub, or any other amenities other than a patio/chill spot -Thin-ish walls. If you have disrespectful or noisy neighbors, you will hear them. Also the front doors to each apartment don't have softeners, so you always hear neighbor's doors slamming shut when they come and go.

Beautiful!!! I love it here. Very LGTBQ friendly building. ? The place is amazing. Perfect for a couple or single persons. We love the restaurants and all the festivals going on next door at Hemming park. We gave two small dogs and they love walking at the riverwalk. Best move of our lives!
