If you consign here, consider it a donation to the shop. No correspondence, and their system has no updates of your consignment and what she priced the items for. I had to call after 8 months of hearing nothing. Only to be told she had to look it up and took several days. The $32.00 she sent me for 6 items was an insult. Especially when I saw 2 of my items that I took back, were in a clearance basket marked $25.00. she said 6 of my 8 items sold, but gave no paper trail to provide pricing and her share. I say don't bother, didn't seem worth the effort..the updated. They didn't email send any awuidated very anquitadayef

My husband and I were downtown for the long holiday weekend. I LOVE San Marco and I love to shop upscale vintage!! So, as we perused through the square, of course I migrated to "The Snob"!!! This store is amazing with so many beautiful pieces to enjoy!!! I loved looking at all the beautiful pieces! I definitely recommend "The Snob"! It's a must see if you love upscale consignment stores, you'll love THIS PLACE! I bought a beautiful pair of Prada boots!! I love them!!

Great customer service. Both salespeople were helpful and kind. Snagged a beautiful, unique pair of Manolos that have never been worn. Will be back soon!

Unfortunately this store is exactly as the name describes. I shouldn't have been surprised.

The Snob is not just a luxury consignment store; it's a haven of elegance and warmth. The staff, with their genuine enthusiasm and expertise, have made every interaction a delight. As both a seller and a buyer, I've cultivated a trusting and caring relationship with them, turning each visit into a reunion with friends who share a love for fashion. The meticulous care with which they handle items is exceptional, treating each piece with reverence. Now, even from out of town, I make it a point to stop by San Marco Square to admire The Snob's captivating window displays and impeccable store arrangement.

I actually have shopped here for years, before it was even in the location it is today. I had a 24 hour trip to Jacksonville and planned a quick visit to the shop- but I literally just walked out of there today. The store is uncomfortably packed and unorganized. (Nice things need more room to breathe.) I accidentally knocked a bag over while trying to reach for one and it caught onto something on the other side, and the owner was displeased. I tried on a jacket and my friend was holding up a wall mirror that was leaning so I could see myself, and a speaker or router that was leaning against it tipped, and the owner said loudly, “oh, goodness!” And for any size 6 shoe wearers, they’re mixed in with size 6.5 (not marked). Overall an unpleasant shopping experience, and I walked away from a pair of Tod’s simply on principle. If you’re willing to search, and deal with snobbiness for the lower prices, maybe worth it (why I’ll give 2 stars instead of just 1) but, honestly, as I get older, it’s not. The experience changes everything. Sorry to say I won’t feel a need to come back on any future trips.

I absolutely LOVE the snob! My mom and I call the owner our fairy Godmother because she somehow picks out all the best pieces that we would have never seen for ourselves! My mom (50) and I (22) love spending time in here together and never leave empty handed. It's one of my all time favorite stores and I am so thankful for her! She’s awesome and extremely helpful!!

Each time I go to this shop I’m impressed with the selection of items. I’ve found unused workout clothes there from brands that are very pricey if I get them firsthand. And I’ve also found beautiful items to wear out, and I feel special like I’m the only one with that outfit. Plus, the owner is so nice and helpful without feeling pushy. This is the first place I go to when I need clothes.

I didn’t really receive the best welcoming experience when coming into the store especially for my first time. The blonde more older store clerk was very quiet and didn’t really ask if we had any questions or anything. I wasn’t aware until I left that while me and my sister were shopping she was being followed by the store clerk while I was changing in the dressing room. When leaving the store she followed both of us on the way out and even pulled the door shut after I released the door to close. I’m not sure what her intentions were but it didn’t feel very friendly. Not only was the store clerk not very welcoming but honestly the clothes were not the greatest either even with them being donated clothes. Keep aware of your surroundings when shopping at this place.
