Drove an hour to come here only for them to be closed for the long weekend. I wish the google hours or their website said they were closed.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service expressed towards my wife and I upon entry of this store until our exit. We were never greeted, assisted or acknowledged, however patrons of a different race, 3 times to be exact, were greeted and offered help. My wife, who is a writer, was excited to visit this place. She quietly changed her mind and we both left without a word of help. For whatever reason, we were not acknowledged or assisted. My wife literally walked in, looked at an associate working behind a counter by the entry and said hello, she was met with silence as she stood in shock. We walked through the store and although we made eye contact with the associates, not once were we greeted or offered help. Others after us were welcomed and offered assistance. It definitely felt discriminatory and that we were clearly not welcomed. It was an awful and disappointing experience.

I cannot thank Rebekah and The Write Touch enough for their amazing work on my wedding invitations. I came to them with a super tight timeline to print/turnaround a custom design and needless to say, they rose to the occasion! The paper and printing were beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you so much!

When you have to feel the quality of paper invitation or the smoothness of a fountain pen, this place is essential! They also have a lovely curation of unique gifts at multiple price points. It's impossible to find another brick & mortar store in North East Florida with such a lovely selection of writing instruments, journals, and stationary to satisfy the tactile shopper, so it's worth braving the weird mix of cloying yet condescending service. Plus, it's a great place for a treat-yourself splurge--tho maybe the $80 Ibiza evoking candle is a bit over the top???

Rebekah is the bomb. She takes time to understand what the client really wants. Even more stars earned for her remembering my name as soon as I walk through the door. Such a pleasure to work with.

More "stuff" than "Writing supplies". I thought it would be paper stuff and pens. More gift type items. Nice gift items, but pricey.

Good spot for unique stationary products. I got a cool Italian leather journal to gift to a client. Some of the stuff is a little overpriced but the items that are unique that you can't find elsewhere are nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly

As a first time bride I was excited to find a local shop that allowed me to touch and feel the invitations for my wedding event. It was more helpful than an online photo.I was disappointed by the customer service and advising. The contact always seemed rushed whether face to face, phone or email which caused errors in the final print. There was some strong advising for proper wording which was helpful but watch out when it comes to postage!!! They do not advise on that at all.. the envelope shapes and the thickness will present issues that are not noted during selection.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I don't even know where to start. The women working in the store seemed to have an edge immediately upon stepping in the door. I was there with my sister to pick out wedding invitations. The employee Lisa was exceptionally rude and extremely verbally aggressive as another employee tried to assist us in discussing wedding invitations. My sister told Lisa that the other employee was doing an amazing job helping us, to basically imply we didn't need her help. Lisa immediately raised her voice and started aggressively explaining "how she too was doing an amazing job." Based on how this conversation was going, we started to excuse ourselves and told Lisa and the other employee that we didn't think we could work with them on the invitations if this is how they treat customers. Lisa started screaming at my sister and I to get out of "her store," and aggressively was walking at us telling us to leave. My mom wanted the owner's name and number. Lisa continued to be verbally abuse, storm around the store and say very rude things to us as we got the name of the owner and her contact information. When we called the contact information it was Lisa who answered. We were not able to get in touch with Carolyn. We later went to two other stationary stores (one even all the way at the mall) and both stores told us we are not the first to hear these kinds of things about "The Write Touch" and could not believe they were still in business when they are treating so many people this way. In a time where small businesses are trying to make ends meet I do not know why they would turn away $1500-$2,000 in business. This store should be called "The WRONG PLACE!" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. My sister left San Marco very upset over how she was treated trying to purchase her wedding invitations, and will never forget this "**** SHOW" for lack of a better term! The people work at this place is god awful. Don't even bother.

This is it! I have found my new greeting cards and interiors shop in San Marco! OMGos, y'all. I wanted to sniff every candle, read every greeting card, and lose myself in their hoard of Crane paper. Absolute nirvana. I'm so glad it's January so I have a whole year of birthdays for which to visit this fabulously appointed store with friendly and helpful staff.

A wonderful neighborhood store. Some creative gifts and always beautiful stationary. Thank you for being a part of this community and keeping your inventory both edgy and traditional.

My absolute favorite card shop! The best part of any holiday or celebration is coming to The Write Touch for a card! I could spend hours giggling and picking out cards!
