I had a great experience with Thompson. I was involved in a wreck and they towed my vehicle. When going to get my belongings I was met with the nicest ppl from the front office. Then when the guy escorted me to my car to get my belongings he went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate them and wish I wouldn’t gotten the gentleman’s name they helped

Great company friendly drivers professional service. They handled my classic car with thee up most care and my Harley Davidson as well. Highly recommend. This is the only company I will ever use in Jacksonville.

Had a stolen vehicle that was towed by this company, then the vehicle was stolen again by them, they sent a letter out certified to an old address. The vehicle was there a bit, due to change in management at our company, so with no.legal notification this company auctioned the truck off, beware of dealing with a company that will sell your stuff.

John was a lot of help When jso tow my car I didn’t know where it was I had to call around to find it .But anyways John was a lot of help even though they don’t take no credit cards ? only cash ? But I understand that he was really patient with me because I had to call someone to bring me cash ??

I wouldn't have anticipated writing a review for a wrecker driver, generally one of the last people you want to deal with in a town you're not from! My car blew up while I was working out of town in Jacksonville. What was supposed to be a quick up and back trip to Jacksonville from Orlando turned out to be a two day ordeal. But, the inconvenience was made so much more painless when Mike Thompson showed up to help me out. He was timely, professional, and fair. He may single handedly change the perception people have of this industry. It was truly a delight dealing with this company.

Had my car break down while away for the weekend. Called Thompson Enterprises and spoke to Natalie. She was very kind/considerate and provided a quote. I did some checking with other towing services. Nobody could compare to the price quote that I received from Thompson enterprises.I called back and scheduled towing service to get home. They were very fast efficient and Chuck the tow truck Driver was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond to make sure that I made it back home to the dealership safely to drop off my car. He even waited to make sure I had a loaner car before leaving.I am forever grateful for the stellar customer services they provided to me in a time of need.Services: Special vehicle towing

Very professional, friendly, and helpful! I left my garage door opener in my car and Thompson Enterprises was able to rescue it and they held it for me for a good few days before I was able to come back to that side of town and pick it up!! Very happy with them :)
