I wish I could give zero stars! Before Tabitha took over the run of the place and the other guy was running the location I would have rated five stars ⭐️ he was effective and made you feel welcome and seen. I had an 11 am appointment that I showed up 15 minutes early to. I sat and watched 4 other customers come 30 minutes after me plus a car that was towed in an hour into my wait, get serviced before me. After almost a 2 hour wait I asked for my keys to leave. Worst service I’ve seen in a long time. And for those who may say oh well, it might be because of what you’re having done, I was there for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. So miss me with the excuses. 🙄

Worst Mechanic/Tire shop experience ever. Purchased a full set of tires for a reasonable price. Had lights on my dashboard after they worked on my new car when they weren’t there ever before. Took them 3 visits to fix it. My next visit i had a flat. Told me that getting a tire in would take an hour… it took 5…. Even thought i called 2 days prior and came in at 9 am. didn’t leave till 3pm. Purchased a full set of tires from here under warranty my first visit so I’m looped into the lack of reliability, timing, and trustworthiness. Kaemon KAEMON was the biggest help. He swooped in when he heard me complaining at the desk and changed my tire in under 10 minutes. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

i got a flat tire after work and came straight to the shop in rush hour and talked to a african american guy at the front wearing a bandana and asked if they could take a look at my tire i came at 4.30 pm and he said no tech was available to look at it or replace the tire. did not try to help at all did not ask what the tire size is nothing. terrible customer service and attitude.

It feels like customers calling on the phone get priority over those standing right in front of the counter. I waited for about 20 minutes, hoping to speak with the person sitting right there, but every time the phone rang, that took precedence. It was really disappointing and made me feel like my time didn’t matter. Hoping they improve their in-person service.

Although the issues have since been resolved,( at a reputable dealership) and the over $800 that I was cheated out of has been refunded ,I would feel bad if I didn't share this to warn people.
Not only did I pay for parts that were not replaced, my air filter compartment was completely damaged. When I had specific questions on the phone and in person, I was treated as if I was bothering them, shoed away and completely dismissed.
Manager , assistant manager and a so called mechanic were completely negligent and hasty sacraficing the integrity of the work and the company.
Follow up to this review, I had been hearing a dragging sound but has got louder over time. My brake pads were replaced for free for the times I kept returning my car here during all of this mess. They hadnt been looked at since then ( but I was not provided a receipt of record) so in addition to all of the above, the brake caps were not replaced !! That is what is causing the sound !!! hope there are no more long term factors that I find due to this business location ! Unreallll

I had a slow leak in a tire and took it here because it is the closest to work. I had never been there. They checked it and Sean showed me why I needed a new tire. Tabitha the manager went out of her way to find my special Pirelli tire and have it delivered in about an hour. I met two other customers while waiting who are regulars and they spoke very highly of the people there.
Tabitha has built a website with information about cars to help elderly and women from getting ripped off by auto shops.
An unexpected but wonderful experience. I will definitely go back.
Oh, Tabitha offered a free Uber ride to my work and back instead of waiting. It doesn’t get much better.

Their work and customer service is AMAZING! Tabitha, the manager, is so welcoming and helpful. They do not overcharge and walk you through all the issues before fixing so you understand everything. I have used them many times and have NEVER been disappointed! Thanks Tire Outlet

Truly a 5 Star Opertion. Best place in town to have take care of your and your families’s vehicles. I highly recommend T-O Town Center on Beach blvd. They have always risen to the occasion every time our vehicles have needed something. From my truck, to my wife’s car to my sons SUV. No matter how big or small the obstacle that usually arises when working on older vehicles, these guys have always finished on time and with a smile. 😎👍

I’ve changed my oil here about four times already. The service is always excellent and the staff is friendly, but yesterday it took quite a long time. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

Leaving a review after a few visits.
Always a good experience. Simple. Prompt. No frills. Jobs get done, usually no upsell.
Paid around 100$ for TPMS sensor replacement for one tire. Seems kinda high but they replaced tire for free on my spare. Can’t complain.
