Greg/Juan is a great guy and I feel he took very good care of me/my-car. I trust his judgement because he was so knowledgeable and he really understands why it's so important for me to keep my old car going. The rest of the team is also always kind and courteous, and most of all, the techs do a great job! I'm grateful!

Disappointed, after putting new tires on my truck, they couldn't balance it properly, I took it back twice and it's still the same, the worst thing is that the manager is never in the store, it's been almost 10 days without being able to use the truck, And what's worse is that when I informed the attendant that I would cancel the payment until the defect was fixed, he said he wouldn't take the truck to try to resolve it and hung up the phone on me. I believe the next step now will be the BBB to start.

I have had services performed at the Bartram Park location before and the entire team from the front counter to the service team has ALWAYS been helpful and professional. I will definitely continue using them.

I went in with a flat tire. I did not feel pressured to buy anything, but after speaking to the gentleman at the front desk and he looked at the tires, I decided a new set of tires was the best option and was given a great price. I felt everyone was very professional and since they do regular maintaince, I plan to return.

Brought all 4 cars in to Tires Plus Bartram Park location. Honda Civic, Toyota Tacoma, Dodge 1500 and a Chevy 1500. Amit was our Service Technician and we were very happy with our experience. Amit was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, called us promptly with all service information, prices and even savings offers. Great communication & turn around. I had to go to 4 different tire shops for them to figure out why my two passenger tires were leaking air. This tires plus has absolutely no clue what they are doing. They told me that my tires were old and had less tread than they actually did. They told me that was the reason they were leaking so bad. I went to discount tire on phillips highway and they were kind enough to look at my tires and found the problem to be 2 bad valve stems. They told me my tires were still good and safe to drive on. The valve stems they took out had worn holes into the sides of the stem. If you want to be taken for all the money you have than by all means go to this tires plus and they will take advantage of you. If you want a trustworthy tire company that is honest then go to discount tire. Attached is a picture of the tire valve stem that they said was fine. They blamed it on the tires being old. A huge thanks to discount tire for replacing all my stems at no charge to me. No leaks now!!

I brought my truck in because of an apparent oil leak, there was no oil on my dipstick. They never even tested for it. They tested my coolant and I have no idea why. Naturally they "found something" even though I had no issue whatsoever with my coolant. Then charged an outrageous amount of money to fix this supposed problem they found and ignored the fact I had no oil for some reason.

I took my car for a tire replacement, the technician removed the engine air filter to check the condition and up sale a replacement and he didn't know how to put back the engine air filter and filter cover together. He tried for over 5 minutes, in the process getting frustrated and hitting the cover to force it in and breaking two of the three screws that hold the filter cover, leaving the filter and cover in the wrong position and loose with the last screw also loose. I was charged for alignment that wasn't done correctly and had to come back the next day to had it done a second time. They ordered the missing screw replacements. Also the technician put the car in sports mode to test drive it and floored the accelerator without any reason on a test drive, went over the speed limit, everything mentioned before is on video on the car dash cam. I only noticed the issue of the air filter cover missing screws and being left loose because I received notifications from the dash cam when the technician started hitting the cover to put it in place but no one from the shop said anything about this. The manager didn't take any responsibility over what was done to the car only said he was ordering the missing screws. If I didn't have a dash cam that sends these notifications and saw the video no one from this establishment would've said anything about what was done to the car.
