I want to give credit where credit is due to Chuck Keedy who was very helpful and transparent on a car I was looking at. Even though we weren’t able to reach a deal, I want to shoutout Chuck for being nothing but responsive, honest, and transparent, going out of his ways to highlight everything, good and bad. You don’t find that kind of honestly and service on car purchases nowadays, especially at car dealerships. This is a good one. Chuck, thank you!

We purchased a Mazda Miata MX5 RF today from Matt and had the most peaceful experience. Both Matt and Mark went out of their way to ensure we were highly satisfied with our purchase! The entire process was personal and efficient; I would highly recommend Matt and Love my little sports car! So fun!

Adrianna was a pleasure to work with today. There was a misunderstanding as to how much a windshield wiper replacement would cost, as the online Mazda quote was only about 15% of the price that I was told after a my inspection was completed today. I raised my concern to Adrianna, and she did a wonderful job explaining to me the misunderstanding, taking action to get it corrected, and making things right. She comped the entire windshield replacement fee, which was more than I even hoped for. I appreciate her commitment to customer service, and I will gladly continue bringing my Mazda to Tom Bush for regular maintenance!

Can’t say enough good things about the people here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, but I need to bring special attention to Matt Stephens. When I was first considering buying several weeks ago, he was super helpful and informative, friendly and professional during our test drive, understanding when I needed time to consider all options. And when I came back resolute to buy, he was again extremely helpful, very kind, never pushy, and super transparent throughout the entire process. He took me through the every step, explained everything, and answered all my questions. Even shared chicken nuggets with me while I was waiting there haha!
And while I was in the financial department with Jeremy (also super kind, welcoming, professional, and funny), Matt got my car ready with a full tank of gas, a wash and polish, and a bow on the front so I could take a picture to send to my parents. Seriously, I have never had such a great experience at a dealership before. 10/10 stars, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to get into a Mazda. It’s full of good, honest, and kind people, and I’m very happy with my choice :)

I had a great experience on the sales side; but, its gone left since then. I regret purchasing the CX-90.
I've had the car 1.5 years and the car already needs tires. For the 1st year of owning the car, I was a remote employee--so the tires would have failed much sooner then that if I had been commuting.
They put very cheap tires on the car and there are SEVERAL forums with consumers complaining about these tires. I reached out to corporate and they said they would pay for 2 of the 4 tires needing replacing for $572; however, I have to pay a little over $1,000 for the other 2 tires, taxes, fees, and so on. I could understand me paying something, but how am I paying more when its agreed that these tires wore early? And why are they only willing to pay for 2; all tires were equally bad.
And to make matters worst the service manager confirmed that I would be replacing the tires AGAIN in 1.5 years because that's how the tires wear. So, they expect consumers to buy tires every other year?? And to add insult to injury, they plan to put the SAME EXACT brand of tires on the car. So, you know the tires aren't good and wear fast, but you are still using them?? And you think that I wouldn't question spending $1,000 for tires that have known issues?
I regret making this purchase tremendously. Run dont walk from the CX-90s. Mazda doesnt hold their part suppliers accountable and pushes the cost of replacing these on the consumers. I've heard some other dealerships were making this right, but Tom Bush Mazda brushed me off and said that's just how it is. I only got $500 off the $1500 invoice because I complained to corporate.

We had a great experience working with Matthew. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick, smooth, and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!

Matt Stephen’s was awesome and fun to work with! He’s down to earth and worked with me on what I wanted and the amount I wanted to stay within. He never pressured me or made me feel rushed. He truly wanted me to leave happy and confident in my purchase. So much so that I ended up leaving with my new beautiful CX-50 Premium Plus!!
The process and day was long but he made time fly by with his sense of humor.
Hopefully I won’t need to go car shopping anytime soon but if I do- I’ll be contacting Matt and recommending him to my friends and family!

I would recommend Tom Bush Mazda to anyone. I have been in search of a certified Mazda CX90 and even though they were the nearest iam sad that i went to them only at the end after being fed up with all other dealerships false promises and hard sales pitches and upsells. I just loved the overwhole experience of Tom Bush Mazda and especially Mr. Matt who made my dream come true. He and the whole team understood my need and tried their level best to get something that could fit in with my budget the best way possible. The most important thing i liked about them was there were no sales pitches or any unnecessary talks and were very straight to the point. I had been to atleast 5-6 places before stopping by at them finally and was fed up with all complicated and false sales summaries. But over here at Tom Bush, everything felt like a piece of cake and even though i was very busy they managed to finally get me what i really wanted.

Matt Stephen's is my salesman. He was very professional and knowledgeable from beginning with the test drive, to the final signing of the contract. He really worked with me to get the price I felt comfortable with, and the warranty I needed. I know that I am very pleased with my Mazda CX-30, but should I find myself looking for a new car in the future I will definitely go see Matt again.

Danny, the Salesman and Ken, the General Mgr went above and beyond to get me a particular car from Orlando. Best dealer I ever dealt with. The 2020 Mazda I traded I had for 5 years and the only maintenance I did was oil change and 2 air filters. Best car I ever owned. I traded for a car just like it with some upgrades.
