What a great experience it was working with Daniel Howard to purchase my new 2026 Mini JCW Countryman! Quite simply, it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel was professional, friendly, affable, knowledgeable, patient, and flexible. He took the time to demonstrate the features of the car and when I would ask a question about something else he quickly adapted to address the question posed not seeming to be bothered at all by the interruption. His level of knowledge regarding the vehicle and its features and systems was impressive. At no time was he pushy or dismissive, but rather patient and attentive. As a client, I felt that in addition to Daniel's obvious role as a salesperson, he also was interested in me getting the best value for the investment I was making. After the purchase, he patiently spent a long time with me walking through the setup, introduced me to the Parts and Service department personnel, and made sure everything was ready to go. I recommend Daniel Howard without reservation and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I’m a Mini fanatic. We bought a 2023 Countryman today at Tom Bush. Gotta say. Sean Galvin, our salesperson, was AMAZING. Very personable. Very knowledgable. No pressure. Knew when to not say anything when we were dealing with the finance guy (😂). We would visit this dealership again just to work with Sean. He’s highly recommended by us!
One additional note. It did feel like the Finance Mgr Dan felt that women were inherently stupid. He thought he needed to explain the difference between simple interest and compound interest to me. In addition to other things. The tone of the conversation also; fairly condescending. I’m a finance major with a masters in Business, retired as an executive from the worlds largest oil company. The more I thought about that experience, the more it bothered me. But please don’t let that take away from the experience with Sean. Sean was AMAZING and respectful.

Tom Bush Mini was fantastic to work with. The entire team showed incredible patience with me as an admittedly indecisive buyer. They never rushed or pressured me, and answered every question thoroughly, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and customer-first approach.

That's an adorable response, Maria. Tom Bush family dealership is still run by the same people. Now, as I was saying — Caution ⚠️ 🚨! Read all the 1 star reviews that are written by locals!
Do yourself a favor and pick any other dealership outside of Tom Bush family of dealerships.
1 star is too many. Stay away from this dealership unless you want to fall victim to fraudulent tactics!
Main issues:
1. Advertised car as certified pre owned. After sale, did not provide CPO designation. The used car manager, said they are allowed to list any cars as CPO on their website and change it as they desire. Don’t believe this? Ask for their recorded phone calls.
2. Deceptive practices - took in Mercedes to purchase off lease in order to buy BMW. Have all the messages from Hector saying Mercedes was buying the car of lease. Over a month later, received a lease end bill from Mercedes (7k) because they did not buy the car. They drove it across the street for a lease turn in. Oh, and not to mention Mercedes doesn’t even allow BMW to purchase cars coming off lease. Hook, line, and sinker! Bait switch at it’s finest..
I have all text messages and screenshots to corroborate what happened. See attached for just the CPO designation off their website that they did NOT provide!

Ask for Todd in sales, he’s the absolute best! In the end I decided to go with a different brand and didn’t buy a car here, but I wanted to shout out Todd for an exceptional sales experience. He was so kind and honest and happy to take the time to go over multiple options and help me make an informed choice. If I wanted to buy a Mini I would definitely go to Todd and would highly recommend you work with him! Thank you again Todd I appreciate you!

terrible customer service from their manager Sheila, she did not want to provide with the Vehicle Check for my car, despite my request and red light on the screen - she was trying to return me my car as it is, and when I rejected to do it, she was disrespectful and rude instead of helping me to make my car reliable and safe to drive. They still did not complete Abnormal Wear Pattern of Tires - when I asked why it is not complete, they did not have anything clear and transparent to say. Also, she called some parts of my car aging/old, blamed me, and returned my car to me with one tire with no air, and the other tire had a nail in it, which is against government safety rules, regulations, and requirements. I made around $10000.00 payments in total for my multiple visits in the last 12 months and got this type of customer service
