I highly recommend using this service if you want/need to sell your car. I received a phone call that set up an appointment at my house to appraise the car. Kayla showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. An offer was made and all the paperwork including the check was available ASAP. Very easy and convenient way of selling a car.

Had a great experience with Top Dollar. Jenny made the initial contact and was respectful and low pressure. She was quick and very responsive on follow up communications. Kayla came over to appraise the car in person. She explained the whole process very thoroughly including any adjustments they were making to their offer price. The offer was fair considering I did not have to waste my time and hassle with tire kickers, scammers, bouncing checks, etc. The offer they made was good for 7 days, which they extended since I was going to be out of town. Closing the deal was also stress free. They confirmed that the vehicle condition was the same since they appraised it, I signed a couple of papers, I handed them the keys, and they handed me a check. I would definitely contact them next time I need to sell a vehicle.

The customer service here was GREAT, I drove 5 hours to see about a truck they had in stock. But before I made this trip I was contacted and updated and was offered to have more sent, Plus a CARFAX, and on top didn’t make it feel like you were talking with a sales person…(everyone knows how that feels) when I got there, the truck was set up ready to roll and handed the keys to me and let us take it with no hesitation with me and my family.(you don’t get these type of things at other dealerships, they did take a copy of my DL of course) when you drive a car everyone loves to look for things to make sure there’s no major issues mechanically and visually, so family’s opinions matters because we don’t always see everything when we test drive!! When we arrived back he didn’t make me feel as if he was pushing us to buy. He let us talk and assisted us in any questions very very professionally. Made us feel very comfortable during the whole decision on what we were going to do. (No pushing or Rushing) when we decided to move forward they did not have us sitting there for 20 hours like other places. In and out at a very decent time (2 hours at most and that’s because that was on our end not there’s) so yesss if your looking for a car on there lot. Do not hesitate to stop by. They are HONEST, FRIENDLY,, and PROFESSIONAL.

Went in to sell my car. Before my appointment I used the Kelley Blue Book for an estimation of a trade in value and within a day or 2, Top Dollar Car reached out to inquire buying my car. They were VERY NICE when I told them about selling. When I arrived we were greeted in the parking lot and told about the process for them looking over and appraising the car. We went over some of the cars history and then they took it for a test drive. Process was super easy, and everyone in the office is super kind and pleasant. Selling my car was a breeze! 10/10 recommend going to them!!!

My experience selling my vehicle to Top Dollar Car was Top notch! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Kayla who was very genuine, informative, friendly and awesome all around. They are very transparent and allow you to tag along for the test drive. Afterwards, I received a printout of their offer which, out of the many that I received, none could beat. The whole process was easy, staff was very friendly and they even provide pickup / drop off services. I would rate Top Dollar Car as the Top Auto Broker to go to!

No pushiness. They took the time to explain their inspection and estimate process. They answered all my questions. They provided the highest offer compared to their local competitors. I accepted their offer. It was seamless. No issues with my credit union or DMV after papers were signed. Every person I interacted with are top notch.I ended up buying a car they had on their lot for my daughter. They sold it to me at a great price too.Honest and trustworthy business.
