PERSON WITH YOU NO ID? NO PROBLEM! Just ORDER DELIVERY ONLINE and they’ll deliver to you and ONLY YOU will need your ID, duh. Otherwise you’ll have to come back 24 hours later making sure everyone has their ID. (Which they should totally put a big sign outside “everyone needs ID no matter purchasing alcohol or not”) because if you love to drink you will spent some time looking around, they have it all!
My Story;
I’m 23 and a Veteran in search for good import German beer, I was denied service for 24 hours because my partner who is of age didn’t have her ID on her (I did). I spent 2 hours just looking at their inventory (over an hour making the commute to and from the establishment), leaving empty handed frustrated as I was the one purchasing alcohol for myself. I came back shortly after alone requesting to speak to the store manager who explained to me their policy about who they can and cannot sell alcohol to as I was still being denied service. I was respectful and professional but felt that the store manager was simply rude and arrogant. Shortly after I just went online to their website and had them deliver the alcohol to my house. As explained to me by the store manager they were suspicious I was being accompanied by someone that was not of age regardless of them being in the store with me or outside in the car. But pay a few more dollars for delivery and you’ll be all set!

Selection was the same as other stores. Service was sub standard. Had one person be extremely rude and manager right beside her didn’t care a bit. What a shame.

I’m incredibly disappointed with Total Wine & More’s lack of accountability for their products. I purchased an item that was clearly below standard, and when I tried to return it, they refused to stand by their product. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for a store that prides itself on quality and selection. I’ve been a loyal customer in the past, but this experience has completely soured my opinion of the company. I will not be shopping here again in the future and would caution others to think twice before making a purchase—they might not have your back if something goes wrong.

Used to have a better diversity of beer, seems now they only cater to craft beers. They have wines everywhere but when you don't drink wine doesn't do you any good.

Called to speak with a team member and was held on a loop for 5min on three separate occasions today. No option for a call back or estimated wait time. Just rings.

A good selection all around - better than most but you have to really look to find great values beyond the teaser sales. They have a broad range from low end basics to high end classics - though I'm not sure I would buy many high end wines - they have them - from what is primarily a warehouse store. Broad selection and good price are the draws.. and generally less the little great finds that you can still come across in dedicated wine merchants. Also, it seems better in person for values as the online site seems to offer more limited options.

A very good place to go if you're looking for something specific. My wife and I were looking for a certain Chilean white wine from a particular region and winery. After looking all around at other stores, we finally found it at Total Wines. What a life saver.

Did an order for 4-6p delivery why my order never showed up nor did I get my money back from my order I ordered via the app and DoorDash was my delivery company how is that even possible if it wasn’t a DoorDash order this is pure laziness on their part and to know Dru the manager received the bottom back and didn’t redeliver I stayed 2 mins from her crazy site this is terrible and I’ll never return I get all my sorority house alcohol here so we spend a pretty penny so we won’t return I got no type of customer service

Came in being 21 with my friend who is also over 21. I provided my id but cashier Caitie said that she can not sell the item to me due to my friends id not being provided. I have personally visited this location in multiple occasions and every time they would have some problems . Even though the id has been provided. Dont recommend this location to anyone young or if you just turned 21. They dont really know how to talk and handle customers ❤️
Edit: i live near the location ,due to it being also thanksgiving it was the most convenient location for me.I ended up coming in couple hours later and manager Suzanne refused the sale ,demanding my friend to come in and show her id. Like i said i live by this location and have been coming in often.Now given all that happened…my question is- am i supposed to bring my friend with me at all times? As well as i would like to add that all the staff including the manager absolutely rude.

Not enough selection of foreign wines, customer service sub par from management
