I was in terrible pain and lost Carson while on break stopped to see if I was ok and helped to get immunization proper food kennel over $259 worth of merchandise to make sure I was Happy thank you I will let family and friends know how to GOOOO to Tractor supply for NEEDS...............

Made a special drive to Tractor Supply based on friend's advice saying they had what I needed (dog cage) at a deal, and even one of the clerk's said that it was half off. Signs were still up along the whole aisle advertising fifty percent, but they refused to honor it -- said the deal ended Christmas Eve. Some places, like Publix, would comp it for the mistake, but not here. Feels like bait and switch. I've got other options: Craigslist, Amazon, plenty others -- won't be back if they won't stand by their labels.

Some of the comfiest pants I've ever worn but when I went to find the store, I couldn't find it. I drove up and down the road several times. Why couldn't I find it? The entrance and the sign is behind a ton of trees.

The store is really clean with good animal supplies. My cat enjoys their 4Health duck and lentil mixed with french created chicken cat food and a salmon option. I wish more people knew about their good options for especially cats and dogs and always connected these options to their full consideration in purchasing and selecting food, possibly treats, and other supplies. For example, their dog beds are nice and small animal option are really cute. Due to having cats and dogs, I find it helpful to keep visiting in person and online to make sure I am aware of option and making use. Later visiting in person really helps me to understand what I am looking at. 🚜 🐈⬛ 🦆

I got there and they took care of me quick. I asked where I can bathe my dog, pointed the direction, gave me a towel, I paid for it and the guy politely told me to take my time in bathing my dog. Couldn't ask for better service

I have utilized this location on numerous occasions, never have I experienced such LACK of customer service skills than dealing with the STORE MANAGER- BRIAN.
The pet wash station was completely INFESTED with what appears to be FLEAS. When asked if that can be cleaned/sanitized someone, who I later was made aware of was the store manger RINSED THE STATIONS TUB with plain ole water..No disinfectant, sterilization agent, or sanitary solution was use.
I was forced to wait for someone to finish using the other Pet station, since I had already paid.
I later proceeded to ask to speak to the store manager and was greeted by BRIAN with a lack of concern, care or empathy. He was extremely rude, dismissive and unapologetic. Brian told me that he had CLEANED the station, but I will post a video of the AFTER CLEANING RESULT. I was told by BRIAN that he had “rinsed 90% of the fleas down the drain” he treated me as if I were over reacting when I was simply inquiring about treating my dogs for fleas because of the now shared space with fleas. Jax is very large city, so if I do decide to continue to use tractor supply I will without a doubt no longer utilize this location. THANKS FOR RUINING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER & LOYALTY MEMBER BRIAN.

Love this place. We come here often for sisters chicken feed and cat stuff. I always get lost with the home goods! Always something to find. Love the garden selection, containers and small planters. Large variety if you need to grab a card and or gift card. Always clean and great staff that is to find!

***DOG WASH CLOSED***
Apparently there is a gentleman who is allowed to come in every Sunday with about 4-5 dogs and lock himself in the wash area. Not allowing anyone else access, and we were told by staff to come back around an hour later. I politely asked if we could reserve the room and were told that is not allowed. Which is it TSC? This is much less colorful than it should be, but entitled people are everwhere.

Last night, I went to this location because I was excited that they had chicks I had been looking for. I was attended by an employee who told me he had five things to do, but I guess he would help. Not knowing, I received the wrong chicks, which I discovered by looking them up online that night. I called first thing, and after 45 minutes on the phone with a clerk who didn’t know what to do, I asked for the store manager, who refused to help. It’s just a simple exchange that turned out to be nothing but aggravation and waste of time. What has happened to our customer service and the willingness to step up and make it right? I am now stuck with chicks I didn’t and just a bad experience

Wouldn't honor the sticker price of Bungalow coop. Still had sticker price of $399.99 but charged full price of $499.99 and said that was an old sticker
