Coach Rick made me love the gym again! He’s always super motivating. He keeps everyone safe and spots when needed but also encourages us to hit PRs whenever we can. It’s a blast working out with everyone in class and feels like one big family!

Cannot recommend working with Coach Rick enough if you're in the San Marco area. The workouts are great, the gym is rarely crowded, and you will definitely see results if you stay consistent and put in the work. In the 6 months that I worked out there before moving out of the area, I saw significant results in my physique (leaning out, getting more toned, etc.). Everyone at the gym is extremely friendly and down to earth - it's a great place to go, especially if large gyms intimidate you!

Working with Rick has resulted in the fastest progress and sustained weight loss. His methodology is based on science not trends. Expect to work hard and stay committed but the environment is fun and supportive. Since I am a working mother, I greatly appreciate the easy meal plans and efficient workouts. I appreciate the flexibility of the 1:1 scheduling and availability of group morning and evening sessions. When it comes to losing weight, I am not patient and I am very satisfied with my experience at Result Fitness.

Really fitness is seriously one of the best gyms I’ve been to! I love both Rick and Aaron and they do such a great job of motivating you to push yourself at your pace. I’ve definitely gotten stronger and more knowledgeable about strength training since joining. Also it’s a great gym culture so truly 10/10 experience

I love this place! The training I am getting here is what I didn’t know that I needed. Coach Rick (the owner) is the best! I was working out by myself, with weights for a couple of years and never really seeing any real progress or weight loss and my body was sore all the time. I started with Results Fitness about five months ago and in that time my strength has improved dramatically. I feel more confident and I have lost 10 pounds of fat while maintaining muscle (it is important for women to maintain muscle). Also I am recovering quicker than before I think it’s due to the meal plan, training splits and workouts. The clothes I wore before (when I weighed less than I do now) are big on me! Just goes to show that body recomposition as possible. Thanks Results Fitness! Please never go anywhere

Rick is the best! The class sizes vary, but are normally pretty small. Coach Rick set me up with a meal plan on my first day, and between the workouts and the meal plan, I dropped 10 pounds in my first 3 weeks! In 2 months, I've doubled the amount I can bench press. Needless to say, I'm super happy with my experience.

I have worked out at many different gyms and this is by far my favorite. Coach Rick really takes the time to get to know you and your fitness goals. The gym is clean, and never too crowded. He plays good music, and keep the workouts fun and always changing. I have gotten so much stronger since working out here, and I love my personalized meal plan! Seriously such a hidden gem of a gym, it’s simply the best!!

Great gym! I love that there are a variety of exercises that target those difficult muscle groups. Good gym for all experience levels and coach Rick will modify the exercises to your personal needs and limitations if needed. Rick and the other gym members are friendly and welcoming. He also offers personal training with diet assistance which seems hard to come by in the area.

Coach Rick is awesome! He pushes you when you need but is always willing to make adjustments to workouts if necessary. He listens to your goals and helps you achieve them!

Coach Rick is the man! Results Fitness is no joke. I found myself pushing past weights that I didn’t ever think I’d accomplish, and it was easy to do with such a knowledgeable instructor who’s always in your corner.

Rick is amazing! I started working with him a month ago. Saying I was out-of-shape, is likely the biggest understatement you’ll ever read. Since working with Rick, I feel better, have more energy and less stress. When friends see me, the first thing I hear is “Have you lost weight? Are you working out? You look great!” I tell them it’s all due Rick’s training. He is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever met. He helps you with nutrition, healthy eating, weight lose and body sculpting. The trainers you see on TV (i.e. Revenge Body) are great, but none of them hold a candle to what Rick can do. I never dreamed I would see great results in such a short amount of time. I still have a ways to go, but to now, for the FIRST TIME EVER, I know, with Rick’s help, I’ll reach them.
