Everyone we interacted with directly from beginning to end were kind and great to communicate with on our truck rental, need for boxes and the information we needed for our use and return of the uhaul. Great manager at this location as well - watched her interact with several customers and employees, so professional!

Caribbean Soul Bird experienced outstanding customer service from Kolby. He assisted us with filling our propane tanks. Kolby was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff is very rude not friendly at all. I only come here for propane because it’s close to my house and every time I do they act like I’m bothering them. More than likely I will find somewhere else to fill my tank.

When we got there to pick up the car dolly, there was no connector for the lights and they were trying to tell us that we would have to drive across town to another location to pick one up. We said that it was their responsibility to have the equipment fully functional and ready to leave the parking lot when you make an appointment and they were not willing to go and get the "pigtail" we needed. We were going to just cancel and get out money back, but thankfully a car came in on a return and had one so we did not have to. However, I would never recommend this location or its rude customer service to anyone!

I rented a truck and trailer from them to move some stuff recently, and while the office staff were nice enough, they never told me that if I didn't have it back before 7pm, that I'd be charged for a second day, and I even asked her if it would be okay, and she said yes. No mention of the extra charge. When I dropped off the trailer, I remembered I had to put gas in the tank, all before 7. I got the gas and it was after seven when I got back. She even helped me unhook the trailer before I left. When I got back, they had people in the yard helping check in equipment, and I gave the keys directly to one of them, and he checked over the truck, again no mention of any extra charge. I have emailed their customer service and wrote a review on their internal review service, and haven't been contacted or refunded my extra charge I was never made aware of. Poor form and poor customer service.

Brandon the GM is great. I’ve dealt with him before and wish I would’ve spoke to him about being told by one of his employees that I wouldn’t have to gas their truck back up since I was only going 10 miles and the truck was given to me basically on E. The rep this morning did not want to hear me nor care for my concern. I would ask for a refund, but the rep literally looks like she doesn’t care to hear that.

Immediately upon walking up to the desk the employees/attendants began bickering- arguing about who had to do the work to check me in. Mind you this is being done in front of my child who I work hard to instill the values of hard work. Next the employees rented me out the older of the two vans which were available. The part that bothered me the most was when I tried renting the van out another day the store itself seemed to deny the request while passing me along to a corporate dept. This was more of a hassle than anything. I will rent from enterprise next time because this entire ordeal was less than satisfactory.Mind you there are now fraudulent charges also on my card of which was used at only three places this being one of them.All in all I expected more from a national outfit and this entire rental was a waste of time. I sat on hold over 3 hours just so your local reps wouldn't have to do their $14hr tasks.Lastly, I was called after renting the van out another day (last day) and told I would no longer be able to rent it out because they have been paying cancelation fees to other renters that wanted it.So you made your lack of inventory out to seem to be my problem. Noted...Uhaul you lost a customer for good on this one
