My compliment isn't so much with this location but with u-haul as a company. My family and k recently relocated from Arizona to Florida- on the front end everything went great. Customer service was amazing, when we arrived in Florida is when the ish hit the fan. We got a text and a phone call confirming delivery of our items. We arranged to be available during the time window- when the window arrived we got a text saying there was an issue, and to call, and that is when the real nightmare began. My husband was told that our uboxes were lost and they couldn't be located- we spoke with at least 5 different representatives. We were hung up on more than once (once is an accident more than that....) anyways I'm still waiting for a call back from one of the representatives who said she would call back with an update: anyways, really disappointing customer service not impressed I wouldn't recommend the u boxes for anyone moving. What a headache.

I have rented from this Uhaul for over 2 years it's always clean and the people here are very professional. I recommend them for security and to keep your stuff dry

I've had a storage with this company for about two-and-a-half years I always pay late do to win my bills fall at the same time Logan the manager at the Jacksonville heights U-Haul stole $145 from me and I have the bank statements to prove it going with this company would be your worst mistake please don't do this to yourself and his general manager Chris is no better he protected him and covered it up
