The staff at this location is absolutely terrible, aside from the owner. The general manager, in particular, is doing a disservice to this location with his attitude.

I have rented multiple times at this location without any issues, but this time was absolutely horrible! I rented a cargo van for a birthday party to transport balloons, tables, etc. When I arrived to pick up the van, the employee stated that he didn't have any vans. He said that I would have to go to another location nearly 15 miles away! I asked what was the point of having a reservation and he replied that the location choice is only a preferred location. He said U-Haul doesn't guarantee which location a customer receives. The employee was very rude and did not offer any solutions. Well I had no other recourse, but to go to the other location. I had pay to more in mileage and was late to the party. This is definitely the LAST time I use this location! The employees were unprofessional and they truly do not honor reservations. Never again!

I selected self pick up. I could not find my truck and I asked one of the employees that was passing and he kindly pointed out the truck. It was right behind me, ready to go. Returning the truck, it was easy. I was going towards the office and an employee was checking a return ahead of me and kindly told me to just leave the key in the ignition and that he would take care of checking the truck and I was on my way to my new home. 5 Stars ratings!!

We had an issue with our U-Haul trailer not being installed correctly on our car at a separate location. We stopped in first thing in the morning to this location with no appointment and Anthony was an amazing help. He saw us quickly and helped fix the issue with our trailer making it safer and helping our car to drive much smoother. Thank you Anthony for your knowledge and quick assistance!

My mother-in-law just called me in tears after speaking with Bernard, and I’m extremely disappointed by how she was treated. She had a confirmed reservation, but Bernard told her there were no trucks available—without offering any real help. When she asked if he could refer her to another U-Haul location that might have a truck, he sarcastically gave her the number for LifeLock instead. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. This is not how customers should be treated.

Don’t get a hitch installed here! I wouldn’t go to this location at ALL unless you absolutely had to. They have no idea what they’re talking about. Some of the most unhelpful people I’ve ever met in my entire life. They don’t give you straight answers. They don’t help you solve the issues they caused. They barely even know how their hitches work lol. I’d save your time and hassle and drive to another U Haul location.

This location has been great as of late, deserves more stars they have been on a roll, quick service, kind and patient. Professional. I’ve rented here, stored here and just recently got a hitch put on flawlessly. Thanks a lot guys, whole staff was in the building today!

The actual trailer experience was fine but the chubby mouth breather at the service desk has an attitude kind of and it was not a pleasant experience.
