Jason from the Elmira NY U-Pack office dropped off my container and picked it up the next day. He was friendly and made sure I had all the information I needed. I moved from a two-bedroom place so had a quote for 16 feet of space. After loading the container - I only needed 10 feet! The price I paid dropped by ~$1100, since U-Pack charges by the foot. Made me very happy I hadn't opted for a 16-foot container from another company (and it would have been an added complication to pack in my stuff tight enough if the container was too big). My container arrived in Jacksonville in about 11-12 days and it was run to my new small town when I was ready for it. The guy who brought it was very pleasant, and someone (same guy?) picked it up the next day. My stuff seems to have survived the trip well (of course much of that has to do with how well my friends packed the truck). Anyway - VERY PLEASED with U-Pack.

U-pack is a great moving option with reasonable prices. My first experience with this company was a couple of years ago when my daughter moved from OKC to Jacksonville, FL. It was a great experience, so when we needed moving services for my in-laws' move from North Alabama to Florida, I didn't hesitate to book with U-Pack. The team is great to work with. Very friendly. Drop off and pickup of the trailer was seamless. Everything went as promised. I highly recommend this moving service as long as you are able to pack and load all your belongings. We just unloaded our truck today and haven't found any damaged items. To be clear, YOU PACK, LOAD and UNLOAD YOUR OWN STUFF or you can hire a moving service to help you. Any damage you might have comes from inadequate packing: not enough cushioning around your items, rope burns or scrapes caused by not cushioning your ropes/straps where they directly touch furniture, not securing your boxes so that they can't shift and fall while being transported. ETC!

Great experience with Upack. Very accommodating even when I needed to change the time for my pickup. The drivers were friendly and nice. They were the best option for my long distance move. Everything went very smoothly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are a freight company NOT a moving company. We paid $8,000 to have our personal and business items moved from CO to FL. They admitted to damaging $29,000 worth of equipment and belongings then only offered us $,1,200 their claims are based on price per pound not actual value of your property because they are a freight company masquerading as a moving company! We had to file a lawsuit because we STILL have not reached a settlement agreement and they just stopped communicating with us. Use PODS or Zippy shell or Pack RAT unless you want to have all of your belongings damaged and not be compensated for them.

We recently made a move from FL to Northern Michigan. We had originally planned to use PODS, however they didn't service the area we were moving to, they recommended U-Pack!! U-Pack didn't disappoint!! From the original reservation, to final trailer pick-up. I would highly recommend U-Pack. Each terminal was very communicative and super helpful. Thanks U-Pack!!

Would recommend UPack to anyone moving. Not only is the price extremely reasonable, but customer service is outstanding and communication throughout cannot be better. We used them last year to move most of our things from Connecticut to South Georgia and again this year to finish clearing out the house in Connecticut. We had plenty of time to load and unload the trailer. Hopefully we won't be moving again but if we do, calling UPack.

We are so happy with our U-Pack experience! We used relocubes to complete a miliary move from GA to TX. We rushed our pack out due to Hurricane Debby, and worried our things would be ruined if there were any leaks in the cubes. Our cubes arrive on time in Texas with NO WATER DAMAGE!! I am so thrilled! Thank you, U-Pack!!

Upack was perfect for our move from PA to FL! We used the whole thing and even though packing up yourself and unpacking is a lot of work, knowing that our trailer was going to directly to our new home was very reassuring! Some things that were not fully protected did move in transit so make sure you use lots of padding and blankets to protect items! We were tired towards the end and got lazy ?! The drop off and pick up process both ways was seamless and the customer service was always very helpful! We had some trouble with the heavy bulk head when we finished packing up,
but whoever picked up the trailer was able to lock it up, so no worries there if you have issues! We also couldn’t fit the ramp after we packed it up, but they delivered one after our trailer was dropped off in FL. From potentially having to spend over 10K to move with a moving company to only spending 5! If you have any issues customer service is always available! We would definitely recommend UPACK ?!!

Had an incredible experience from start to finish moving a client Florida to St. Louis. The trailer is the best and cheapest option. Everything arrived the way it was packed. You don't share the trailer with anyone and they credit you back for any space un-used...win win!

So convenient! Both service members I met on the loading and unloading ends were very nice and professional! I can’t believe how much fit in it! It wasn’t supposed to be delivered from Maine to Florida until August 8-10, but it was in the transit center by July 31st! Impressive! Would definitely use again!
