I have properties in Avon Park, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville and I believe U Stor only has locations in Jax but I wish they had more locations. It’s convenient, cheap, exactly what I need and the 24 hour access keeps me from worrying about catching closing times. This place is amazing the managers are constantly changing but I hope they keep the boys that are there now. They’re always patrolling and it feels a bit safer now and less homeless walking around.

Units are the best price in town. Nolan and David hooked me up with a sick promo I got my first 3 months for like 30 something dollars and they're always around to help me. Also 24 hour access can't beat that because in Florida id rather move around at night since its so hot during the day

I have to say Rachel has the best Customer Care ever! I have been in the industry almost all my life and it is a lost art to find Customer Care nowadays! She listened carefully to my needs, she shared with me all of the specials and was quick to help me problem solve! The facility was clean and she was eager to help in anyway that she could! Nowadays, when everybody is looking to price gouge Rachel and U-Store are actually looking to help people! I would highly recommend them!

Davmarie and Rachel are the greatest! I recently rented a unit which I got at unbelievable price and they had it cleaned out and ready to move in immediately. They are very helpful with anything I need they keep the property very nice and clean and keep all the rubbish out of here, very personable, they always say hi to me they know who I am every time I come here they make a point to say hi to me which I love and I feel safe every time I come here I know I’m not gonna get robbed when I’m in my unit which is open 24 hours a day, which is amazing you really can’t beat the price or the people keep up the good work
