Spectacular service. Clean and you can pay via phone or online or in person. The managers live onsite and are really nice people. 1000 times better than the corporate crooks at Public Storage or Atlantic. Great place. Great people. Thank you

Only stored our valuables there for one month. We discovered one of our boxes engulfed in termites! Ruined about $300 worth of valuables. Note, that you sign a waiver stating the facility has no insurance coverage, so that backfired on me. But when called the desk to let them know there is an infestation of termites in their unit. She said it wasn’t their problem because of the waiver signed. No apology, no offer to take a look to see if they can resolve the infestation….nothing. She just said I could use her dumpster if I wanted to throw away our damaged valuables. Avoid unit L7 and L8 at all cost!! When removing our items today, oh I realized the pattern of stain concretes of past cardboard boxes that were ruined from other infestations prior to mine. Yeah, they keep renting it out! Avoid this place!

Rudest people on Earth work here. The bill can only be paid in-person, when late. So if you are out of town or gas or in the hospital fighting cancer they literally will NOT take your money over the phone or internet, just add fees! They also will NOT allow you to move out, they just keep accruing fees on your account. Elona is the only person there who can even hold a decent conversation with customers. I now have to choose between going in-person to pay a bill that i dont even wish to have (& have tried many times to close this out & move out) or getting my cancer treatment. Avoid this place like you would Covid, if you value quality customer service. I wasn't going to post this pic of screws I picked up last time I was there because I was concerned about retaliation... but what are they going to do? Kick me out? Nope, I wish they would. At least I know why I've had so many tire repairs in the last few months.

Very friendly staff and very clean facility. I just don't like the price increase. I always pay on time and recently got an increase in my bill, hopefully there will not be anymore.
