When we sold our home in 2021 to start a new adventure traveling in our RV we needed a clean, convenient storage facility to store items we just couldn't get rid of yet. U-Stor Self Storage is the spot we selected and have been very happy with the service we have received! Great staff!

Upfront pricing. Ease of doing business. Good pricing. Management lives on site so there are no shenanigans. I feel safe taking care of my pick ups and drop offs for my staging business and I look forward to continuing business with then for a good long while.

My mother has had her unit for 5 years, for the past 6 months she was told to pay in cash only. Today she tried to access her unit to find out it has been auctioned off due to non payment. No one notified her and when I called I was informed they don’t accept cash, therefore finding out they have been stealing hundreds if not thousands from her DO NOT STORE HERE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND GET RID OF YOUR THINGS!

The lady that works in the office is extremely unprofessional , can never keep her story together always making up fees and then when I reach out to her higher ups her entire story changes and they magically disappear. Very hard to do business with. I moved my stuff from this property because the nastiness is just unbearable. I rented from here for a very long time , it all went down hill when the current people came in. Just ridiculous.

The Powers Avenue location staff are friendly and helpful. The on-site manager's dogs are friendly. Place is kept Clean.
