Took my girlfriend for dental work they were very helpful and accommodating. We were running a few minutes behind scheduled appointment and we called and they shifted some appointments around to help us out.thanks quality dentures and implants

I've been a patient here for years, and while I love my doctor, I typically am not seen in a timely manner with appointments running an hour or more behind schedule. And this hasn't happened just once or twice, it's most of the time. I recently made an appointment for the sole purpose of receiving a referral for an xray at a UF Healthcare imaging center and now that the x-ray has been completed, I am being told I have to schedule and pay for another appointment to discuss the results. The providers and staff at the office are very nice, but the business side of things makes you wonder if your health really is the priority for UF.

I went in yesterday, received my care, went to front desk and was asked by a lady if I needed to schedule a follow up I said no. She said you’re all set, have a great day. I left, got home and received a call saying I left without paying, and that I needed to come in and pay or I would receive a larger bill because I did not pay same day. I can barely breathe and was trying to do my breathing treatment while this lady Eva just argued with me when I told her it’s messed up that this falls on me when I tried to pay and the girl released me. She says she will have to talk to the girl to hear her side of the story. I receive a call from the office manager today asking to hear my side of the story. The girl obviously lied to her and said she must of missed me. I LITERALLY TALKED TO HER AT THE FRONT COUNTER AND SHE LET ME GO. So now the office manager proceeds to tell me she’s gonna have a talk with them about protocol and that I will still be receiving a larger bill than before. I can’t wait until my attorney gets ahold of them. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They only seem to care about the money and not the fact that their employees suck at doing their job or how they talk to people.

The staff at this office is amazing. They are down to earth just like my family. They know you by name and they respect you. I recommend people to them all the time. Thank you for all your patience and care during our recent issues.

Don't waste you your time going here. Seems like they don't know what they doing. To have someone schedule an appointment before hand take the time out their day to come to the appointment on time. When you show up and provide proper ID and insurance card. They say oh we don't accept new patients whaat the hell why did you give me the paper work in first place then say oh we don't accept you. Oh and the manager is not in right now yeah right. Dr Susan Huffman you just lost a patient not coming here again!

Lots o' paperwork, but great doctor. Didn't ask his name, but he put me at ease.. Maybe I'm biased because I haven't got to see a doctor in 8 years. It was just under $170 for visit w/o insurance (Short, non-invasive in nature) Since it would've been $170 WITH insurance I'm not mad. Plus, my wait was WAY shorter since I was a paying customer and they didn't have to beg an insurance company to cover what the visit was worth. 5 Stars. (Also, it was possible to properly distance unlike the Carespot on southside where it was impossible.
