Jenn you wore a tag that read MANAGER if your service is a representation of management then you truly have a lot to learn. You were disrespectful and snobby for no reason, try being nicer to customers that pay your wage.

Customer service here is TERRIBLE!!!!! No one wants to help you! I asked two people for helpOne didn’t even look up at me she just said “I’ll get someone” so i just continued to do my best and look on my own. She finally came and asked what i needed! I told her foundation for oily skin! She suggested a translucent powder and left! So i kept looking because i knew i needed foundation. Another girl asked me if i needed help 15 minutes later and she called someone to come color match me. The lady who did my color match changed my entire experience she was so sweet so down to earth and made me feel great. She suggested more products and even put lipgloss on my daughter. It hate the way this location treats people but that lady who did my color match was an amazing employee! She really changed the experience. I hate i can’t remember her name! She should train the rest of the staff there! Help the customers you would have a huge increase in sales!

I hadn’t gotten my brows done since July because finding someone who was an expert and did them well was hugely important to me. Victoria was just that! She did a phenomenal job, was so friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!

Unbelievably unprofessional and waste of time and money. Three hours for a balayage and my hair literally looks the same except for the last 3/4 inch of my hair. Not once did stylist check the progress, check in me as the client paying for her time and service…. Had a picture, agreed to what the goal was and after she left my under toner, stated how freezing I was… she once again walked off. Upon doing my hair, I’m studying my hair in mirror waiting for some dimension or color to pop through… nothing! Made it known that I was very unhappy. She went back to get her manager upon doing so I shared my concern. Yes, I was given a 30% discount. Another worker had asked how my day was going. I made the comment probably not the right time for me to answer that I shared that I would clear, the store with what I had to say and so it’s easier for me to keep my mouth shut. To that the manager stated that she does not take well to threats to her employees. I will be contacting the corporate office first thing tomorrow, and asking for the cameras to be polled. Absolutely would not do business with “salon” who is more involved in their personal lives than they are their clients. I can literally tell you two of the girls life stories in the time that I was there and not paid attention to.

I purchase all of my health/beauty products from Ulta however this location does not have prestige brands - so you have to drive to the town center location or get it ordered. It is such a hassle going to two different locations to restock. Love the Salon here though, Nik is absolutely AMAZING. The way he does hair is freaking magic! And he creates a very friendly atmosphere for the entire experience.REPLY TO ULTA:I am aware that you can see the availability of products at certain locations. Thank you for the link though! I just wanted to voice that it sucks having to go to two different locations to get my beauty needs. Would be really awesome to see some Chanel or Dior in store!

Jade and Brittany at Ulta in RiverCity Marketplace were such a blessing!! Their customer service was the best I’ve had in so long. Jade took her time and helped me find the right make up products for my skin and taught me step by step how to apply. As a tired working mama, she made me feel confident again! She was so encouraging and great to talk to❤️ Brittany was my cashier and she was extremely kind and thoughtful. She even blessed me with a gift bag. Her act of kindness meant more than she knows. I would definitely drive out of my way to visit that specific store again!

I came to get my eyebrows done because I was told that they did great brows here however when I arrived I did not know nor was I told to check in yet when they went to get Victoria from the back she came in and had the biggest attitude simply because she was on a conference call. Victoria could have simply stated that she’s unable to take me and reschedule me . But that attitude was unwarranted and unnecessary I understand why this place as a whole has horrible reviews . I did end up calling corporate loyalty members or any customer does not deserve that type of treatment .The girls are sweet by the way but Victoria needs to go and they need better management.
