We went here to check it out and we were pleasantly surprised. The clothes here are extremely good. The thread quality is amazing. It is expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for., the colors are amazing. We purchased four shirts and I am so extremely happy about the purchase that we made. They look amazing.. if you want to look good and you are a man or a woman this is the place to go, upscale, extremely nice clothing, I highly recommend this place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and we purchased several items we will be back.

I was in the store for 30 minutes and worked with Cody. He was very helpful and helpful to every guest that came in the store.
I love the fit, style and quality of the clothing.

I’ve visited this store several times and the customer service is consistently terrible. Employees stand around, don’t greet you, and make no effort to help even when the store is empty. Walked in with 3 employees who were doing nothing but couldn’t bother assisting me.

Shirts are great quality. However, the customer service at this location leaves much to be desired. Went in twice and both times it was like I was a bother to the employees.

What’s the point of having a store if everytime you come there’s no employee and the doors locked during open hours. I’ve come three times, first time sign said be back in 30 minutes they were gone an hour. Then come back another day and both times the woman was in there soon as we parked the car five minutes later she’s gone and door is locked during open hours and again another time!

I had read about this brand and wanted to try it out so I went to this store last week for the first time. There was a very rude guy working there that seemed incredibly annoyed that I walked into the store. I asked to try on a polo shirt to determine my size and he said they have specially dedicated shirts for trying on and he handed me a long sleeve shirt instead of a polo. I told him I wanted a short sleeve polo instead so I could see how they fit. He sighed and moaned as if I were really inconveniencing him to check for an XXL and allow me to try it out. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. I asked if they were preshrunk and if they would shrink anymore and he said they wouldn’t shrink anymore and the size is the size. I bought the polo for ~$70 and watched as the other polite sales guy offered a refill of whiskey to a different customer that was not buying anything and mine walked away without saying anything after the sale. I left wearing the shirt annoyed that my guy was such a rude individual. I wore the shirt one time, washed it, put it in the dryer and dried it on delicate and it shrank one size. It’s now too small to wear and it will be the last time I ever buy anything from this brand and store. A thoroughly disappointing experience all around.

I had such a great experience! Right when I walked in I felt welcome by Ben and he helped me with my whole experience in picking out a shirt for my dad. He was amazing and so was every employee. Welcoming people and amazing quality shirts!

Came in to look at clothes because of the T-Mobile Tuesday deal. We were in the store 10 minutes and no one else was in there and Jarrod was extremely rude and never greeted anyone in our party. I even picked up his card and asked him was he the store manager and he still didn't say anything. I'll order online before ever coming back in this store.

Worst location ever—zero stars if I could. When you walk into an empty store and the only staff member, an older man, isn't helping anyone, you’d expect at least a greeting or some assistance. Instead, he just looks at you without a word. No "Hello," no "Welcome," nothing. This aligns with all the other negative reviews. This place is destined to go out of business if the owners don't take action and fire the staff who are ruining their reputation. If you want to feel completely ignored and worthless, this is the place to go.

Nice clothes, horrible sales assistants. My husband loves the shirts, but today we were in the store and the gentleman working was unbelievably rude. I wouldn’t normally say anything, but this is the second time we’ve been in the store and treated poorly. Please teach the people working the store to be kind.
