Went to mail something last night around 6 pm. This was $32 and would take a week. (Wednesday to Wednesday.) Asked if a faster option, and he said it would be double the price and get there on Tuesday. No big difference. Asked the guy about USPS (which they offer) and he said he wouldn't recommend it and didn't give me a price. As I really wanted it to get there, I said OK. It's food. A special gift. After leaving, thought about it, and turned around. Decided I would just put it back in the freezer and send after the long weekend or try FedEx or USPS. Clerk said the package was gone. Already picked up.
When I got home, the package wasn't in the system. Tonight, it's showing up as if the label was *created* tonight- at 6:08 pm- a full 24 hours after it was created. So it didn't leave last night. Didn't go anywhere for a full 24 hours. I could have had it back. Now the entire package of food will be ruined and the total costs are nearing $70. For nothing. Quite upset and will obviously chose another place for my mailing needs. Never faced these issues with my previous UPS store on Old Baymeadows. Time to find a new store for my business.
Package arrived today. One full week later. Could have had it arrive in two days with FedEx One Rate (and for $5 less), but I was stupid and didn't drive to them. The bread had thawed and then expanded and developed fungus. Everything was ruined. Five packages of bread, the ice packs, the insulated cooler--all a waste. Never again with UPS. Never again.

I have to say that Deedee was super nice! And even though their were issues I had like with the Wi-Fi because the Wi-Fi is not the best! And it took me mutiple times before it finally went through plus, I had to get it all sorted out because I thought the manager Chris could read my writing on the notes and I thought Deedee could but their were issues so I had to get that all sorted and squared away. I called them originally on August 2nd, while I had sent the packages in-person on July 30th, and then coming in again on August 4th, to take care of the issue at hand.
Overall I would say it was an okay experience it could've been a little better but it was taken care of in the end and I'm just glad that Deedee let me keep the boxes after the fact as I really needed my old boxes back for future packages and orders off EBay. As Deedee did get me another box and thankfully despite the incorrect address she corrected the issue as I had to explain it to her multiple times which goes where as I had 5 boxes total. I'm just glad that's done and taken care of and thankfully, she was very understanding! Sure, you can say she was just doing her job but at the end of the day, she did her job right.
Plus, Deedee was communicative, thoughtful, considerate, and one of the best employees at The UPS Store. She even checked up on me when I was out and said positive things about me! I generally would recommend her and her work performance as a summary in my Google Maps review.

Chris was rude. Has no mannners. Did not greet me and made it look like I was bothering him as soon I entered this store and made me feel unwanted throughout entire process while I was there. Nowonwards, I will rather drive little far to another UPS store than giving this location my business

Called this location today to find out if the notary will be available. Was told to go there prior to 1430. Upon arrival at 1330 the notary told us that he’s not going to notarise anything, because he’s too busy, and we should go somewhere else. This is the rudest UPS employee we’ve ever encountered.

I recently visited this UPS Store on Old St Augustine Rd, Chris was working that day, for some shipping and printing needs, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me with my requests. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. They also handled my packages with care and ensured everything was securely packed. Chris provided top-notch customer service and professionalism!

Went to UPS today to mail a package that needed to arrive at its destination next week. Zack was extremely helpful and pleasant to me. He was able to get a rate I could live with and have the package delivered on time. I always go to this UPS site due to it service and friendly employees.

Lady behind the counter was awesome, the price to send a 14x14 was crazy high $56, nope, went to usps sent it for $26, place is out of their mind

I recently went to the UPS Store to return some items and upon entering the store I was told by a white male behind the counter that someone would be right with me. However, he made no eye contact and did not even move. I stood at the counter for more than three minutes waiting on service while he looked aimlessly at a computer screen not moving. This individual has no business working with the public due to his lack of costumer service skills and being unapproachable. This entire situation made me upset and I felt as if my business was unappreciated. However, thankfully i was helped by a young lady who took time to step away from what she as doing to help me.

I recently had a negative experience at the packaging store. The worker Chris was rude, inattentive, and seemed disinterested in helping me and others with our packaging needs. His lack of customer service skills made me feel frustrated and unappreciated. I was disappointed with the overall service I received and would hesitate to return to this store in the future if I see him. If it wasn’t for the young lady coming from the back of the store idk if we would have received help.
