If you want my support for your business, you need to answer the phone. I have tried to get items notarized here in the past but have been unable to because the notary was unavailable or there wasn't a witness available. The obvious solution to this issue is to call in advance to confirm that my documents can be notarized. However, the phone is never answered. Therefore, I will look for another place.

I will never use this store again, and I have been a patron for nearly 17 years. I went out of state for a 17 day trip. I forgot something I needed ASAP. I sent my husband with the item to this store. I told him to send it next day air. He went mid morning on Friday. The staff at the store, the person who was helping him and someone else in some sort of position of power, said the only way to get it to me was to send it USPS. He paid them $57.05 to mail an extremely small item that weighed less than half a pound, in a package smaller than a greeting card. The package did not arrive. As it was the holiday weekend, I couldn't contact the store until Tuesday. I spoke with a woman, claiming to be the manager, who said her employees would never say that. Well, they both did. Meanwhile, the tracking number for my package showed it never left the store. Again, she said there were no packages there. I had to open a claim with the post office. Surprisingly, the post office staff at the 800 number were incredibly kind and helpful. I was later sent an email saying I could receive a full refund, that I just needed to show my receipt and say I didn't get it on time. The package did eventually show up a week later than it was supposed to. I got back in town today and went to the store. Some man, who I'm guessing was an assistant manager, very rudely denied my refund. I showed him the email from USPS stating I was owed a refund. He vehemently refused. I have now contacted the claims person at USPS again to hopefully get my money back. I highly recommend you never ship anything from this store as my package magically arrived at USPS after speaking with the manager who said it wasn't there. They do not care, and are obvious liars. I will also be reporting to the BBB, and anywhere else I can write a review and/or warning to others locally.

Great customer service. UPS was less than what USPS charged and UPS said it could get there in 1 day. No guarantee on ground shipping, of course.

Great Customer Service at the UPS Store located at 14286 Beach Boulevard. Wasn’t sure what I was doing returning my first Amazon package, but the owner made it easy for me. Thanks! The UPS store is easy to find. It’s in the plaza where Church 11/22 is off Beach Blvd and San Pablo in the back of the plaza. I would highly recommend!!!
