The old white lady in there with glasses and curly hair is the rudest person ever. She should not be working with the public. She has such a nasty attitude towards everyone. Standing with an annoyed look on her face while people try to pay, shaking her head and rolling her eyes at the children looking around. I usually always go someplace but this is the second time I've had to come here and both experiences were horrible because of her.

Great place. Love it since new management took over couple of years ago. Before there would be paperwork and packages everywhere and you would think omg how are they not going to loose my stuff. But just the opposite now

Came in Sunday waited in line for 30m, to find out there was not a notary.
Many customers felt disrespected by attendant but I understood he was stressed, he didn’t mean to be so rude. Came in today and the internet was down, explained I had tried several time to a get accomplished and ZERO empathy, I had to assume risk to accomplish task. Drive over to the Atlantic Blvd location and save time!!!

I have had a box there for years, I recently went in to close it after not receiving a call back or email from them after I had tried to contact them! I also asked if I could forward mail with card on file the woman said NO. I then received a phone call not even 5 minutes after leaving asking did I want to forward mail I said I wasn’t going out to car when I was in there would handle it myself. I was then told I could use the card over the phone!! I tried to call and emailed NO Response I do not know what happened to previous owners or staff but the customer service here sucks now !!!!!! I will not go back!!!! Get better manners and Management!!

We’ve been customers at this UPS location for 2 years now and Jolan has been extremely helpful and kind. We’ve never had an issue with shipping or receiving packages thanks to Jolan and rest of the team!
