The employee seemed stressed and I felt rushed in making my purchase because I didn’t think it would be as much as it was, so I was asking her could package be delivered at a lower price. She seemed annoyed with me and took another customer in front of me. I decided to pay the piper.

I just had a very unusual experience at this UPS store. I went to return an Amazon package and they tried to tell me I needed to pay $2.30 to have the QR code printed out when I explained that I already had it on my phone he said it didn’t and then when he printed it out the same exact thing that was on my phone was on the paper. I believe he was trying to upsell me. I’ve never had to pay to do a return at UPS before do not come to the store complete waste of time wish I would’ve grabbed the name of the employee. I just got done at another UPS store and it was a completely different experience. They told me that I did not need to pay to have anything printed out and the return was free. I absolutely would stay away from this location as the information I was given was not true!

I just wanted to say Renzo who helped me was fantastic!! I had gotten there 10 minutes before closing and due to where I was sending my package to, it kept me longer than expected unfortunately. Thankfully, Renzo was very patient and helped me through every step of the way. 10/10 customer service!

Ms. Jackie is a very helpful, professional and pleasant lady. Her smile and good nature brighten up the day. I took a couple boxes that were embarrassingly beatup. She was able to fix them up and make them look good! I hope others will meet her. Wonderful lady!

Ms. Jackie AND her staff are AMAZING ?. Ms. Jackie personally made sure my claim for a lost shipment was filed and followed up with me until it was resolved. I ship items periodically and she always greets me with a smile. I'm so grateful I met her and that she remembers my name. Dave
