Just left this location at 12:30 on 10.20.25
We had a large boxed item to be returned. The woman helping was very short with us and on the rude side. We were unaware we were going to be charged for them to print out the shipping label. $2 for a piece of printer paper and ink. I thought it would at least have been an adhesive label for $2.
She kept asking if we sent the email of the shipping label with out even giving us a chance to do so. When it went through, she did not confirm with, instead walked right past us, muttered something to her coworkers and came over with the paper. I had to be the one to ask if it went through.
I had to be the one to ask if there was anything else we needed to do.
Then after saying no thank you to our receipt, she kept asking if we were sure; finally after the 2nd time, I took it from her and headed out the door.
I have only made 2 reviews, this being my third. I am the type of person who tries to go with the flow but this was too far for me. I had to say something. I unfortunately will be back as this is the closest/most confident location. I just won’t be happy about it.

Logan was very helpful and patient today with a big return I was sending back. He was courteous and helpful respectful. I’m vet happy he helped me today.

This UPS Store deserves ZERO STARS. Went in today to do a simple Amazon return. There were three employees working the desk and I happened to encounter Madison. She lacks people skills and professional etiquette. Something as simple as an Amazon return should not come with rude, disrespectful, and condescending behavior. If I owned this business, I would fire her immediately. Thank God that I don't need UPS on a daily basis-I will use other locations from now on. Avoid this location at all costs!

Quick service but I and the lady I held the door for was not greeting when entering the establishment we got stared at until I spoke up. And if you’re wondering the lady behind me wasn’t black so I say associates just have poor manners.

Friendly staff. Store is very popular. So, I would suggest being patient and waiting in line longer than one would anticipate. Been going here for years to ship. They have mail lockers, on site printing services.
