Umi provided impeccable service over the last two days. She assisted with a cross-country relocation, politely and professionally handling every detail and answering every question. I highly recommend this location if you enjoy excellent service and attention to detail!

I received impeccable service from Asia at the duval station road 731. She really made me feel like she cared about my.packages arriving safely and saving me a dollar or two. She was really great at multitasking and ensuring no one waited long. Highly recommend promotion in this company!!!! 6 stars!

This is the best UPS store! Umi it’s always so helpful. She showed me how to send an email so that I can make a copy of something important. I will use this UPS store for anything from sending a package, to using any of their other services. Thank you again Umi?

Always want to take packages out original box for returns and give it back to you to take home. Then won’t let you leave the boxes in store . Owner told me to take home to put in trash.

Avoid this place at all costs!! They nickel and dime you, ignore your requests and then when they make the mistake they want to charge YOU for it, unbelievable! Horrible business practices and horrible customer service, at this point I would rather stand in line at the post office.

Place is a scam. Tried to return a phone for Asurion, right on the package it's says take to UPS OR USPS. This location said I could drop it but they wouldn't give me a receipt after they figured out it was a phone. Must be nice to accept a package but not wanna provide a shipping receipt. Wonder how many valuables have gone missing from this store

It's hit or miss with their moods when you go in, sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they are just pure out rude @$$h013s. I would rather drive all the way to the new ups store in Yulee than to have their attitudes

The cashier Jay was so friendly and helpful. I has one person in front of me but only waited 20 seconds. Went smooth, fast and friendly. And it was actually cool in there. I have had nightmare stories from otherUPS stores. The one in Marianna fl where my mom lives I left crying and next time I went into a ups store in Jacksonville, not this one just as horrible. I suffer from mental disorders and when it's hot I get very agitated. This was the case with the Marianna FL and Jacksonville off lem Turner rd. I got so up set I through hundreds of clothes in the trash outside the store to prevent the mental break down I had in Marianna. Both stores were so hot I was sweating and the workers were unhappy and not helpful. This store restored my faith in UPS. My favorite store is in Lake city fl where I am from. The 2 guys that work in there are the very best employees Ever!!!! Been going there for 20 years until I just recently moved.

I use this location all the time. The new system they installed for Amazon returns is great, but if you have to use the counter the personnel are not very accommodating nor friendly. Try and ask a question and all you get is a snide remark or "what does it say" response.
