Package was at this facility on the 15th supposed to be delivered to me on the 18th then mysteriously on the 19th the state Package missing will notify sender! Like it literally took you 4 days? I don't get it. Smh! It's sad when you use to be and employee of ups (not this particular location) and you see what people really do to the consumers packages! Unreal ups! You gotta do better! 1 star is too much!

This UPS location has failed stunningly. I ordered a package for same day shipping and your driver who was assigned the route to Wildlight in Yulee Florida on November 4th decided to park outside and not bother to get out of his car, I prepared to go out to meet with him when he marked the address incorrect and raced away. I went online and verified the address with you within ten minutes and you decided to return it to sender. How can your business stay afloat on people being completely unwilling to even get out of their car or read the information provided.

UPS sent me to T FORCE I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this shipping company. I bought a bathtub surround from a different store, and when it didn't work, we HAD to ship it back with freight. I went through UPS went sent me through this company. Let me tell you, this company is a complete letdown. Not only did they fail to follow through on their promises, but they also billed me an unexpected amount and not even CLOSE to what they had told me when I made the pickup request. They said they would call me when they were 30 minutes away so that I could meet them and sign for the package shipment and write the check for the delivery. I got NO call and NO confirmation that somebody even picked up until I arrived home, and the package was GONE. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their commitments was highly frustrating and caused significant inconvenience and delays on my end.Moreover, the WORST part was the unexpected bill they imposed on me! During the initial and secondary phone calls, we agreed on a set price of $230.01, which I was fully prepared to pay. However, when I received the invoice, I was billed OVER $1,000! I reached out to their customer service, expecting a prompt resolution, but was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. This blatant disregard for their own agreement left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. In all, this whole situation is horrible, and this is a complete rip-off! I will not be paying over $1,000 for something they said would be $230!! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT to use this company as they are a complete rip-off and lack any sort of honesty. And their customer service is HORRIBLE and will do NOTHING to rectify THEIR OWN MISTAKE!!!

All my paper work was prepared prior to arriving which made my visit easier for all office personnel. Entire staff was pleasant and very helpful.Even Dock personnel was very quick and professional to unload my single pallet of freight..I highly recommend and I will be using again in near future.

HORRENDOUS. I had to cancel my order due to their extremely high level of incompetence. Initially never called me to schedule a delivery. I had to call them. Then they scheduled it and never showed. Come to find, “they never assigned a driver to it” And was then told to wait for another call back. Ridiculous. Will never buy a product that runs through them again.

As an expedited transporter contract runner I have two issues1.) Their dispatch out of Illinois said the trailer we were supposed to collect to transport wasn't for us and they got the our company name wrong in the first place2.) I ordered a package from my phone company and they use ups for transporting their goods I suppose and it's currently sitting at their JAX terminal in Jacksonville FL expected on 05/10/21 the package is going to central FloridaPure laziness and zero customer service

UPS is a joke, customer service phone line is a joke, the website is a joke and the outsourcing needs to stop! The phone line takes you in loops with the horrible automated service. Package left 18th and no updates but now the 22nd it will arrive today but I’m trying to schedule a pick up or different address per my choice membership so that’s another joke in itself. Automated service just hung up on me for the third time so now I’ll have to call businesses to find out what delivery service they use since I’m not wanting to deal with these fools.
