Excellent service. I recently had a complex issue with international shipping that they immediately helped me solve. I’ve used them before for both domestic and international shipping and they’ve always been reliable and responsive. Great store.

$17 to ship a funko pop is ridiculous I don’t know if the employees are pocketing money or why the rates are so high but I used to walk in drop off and not even pay a cent if I did it was 2-3 dollars not $17 scam artist at this store

Quite frankly just some of the best group of people assembled. “Zack” has come to rescue too many times to count. Patience, candor, knowledge, empathy and steady. Just a good human being. I go back and forth with court documents, and Zack, always exceeds expectations. “ Cedric” and others create and maintain an environment of integrity, professionalism, and empathy. I applaud you gentlemen. Working with the public is beyond demanding, but exceptional

Normally I love going to this place, because the employees are nice to me, but unfortunately last Tuesday I had an incident with one of their employees, his name is Cedric, I started to notarize some papers in Spanish and he said to me in a rude and annoying tone that he couldn't do it and that they had to be in English, which was very strange because I had done it before. And so he could understand I transcribed it in English but obviously I needed to notarize the papers in Spanish, so luckily another employee showed up and corrected him and told him that they can be notarized, even so he was upset and complaining the whole time. Just because my letter was written in Spanish, it made me feel discriminated against! I didn't imagine this would cause him discomfort, now I'm afraid I'll go back there and find him and he'll treat me again with the same attitude or worse!
