The UPS store is bright, modern, and welcoming. I stopped in to handle both a return and a shipment, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out in no time.
What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Saleem was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear he cares about creating a positive experience for every customer. Highly recommend stopping by!

The UPS store on beach is one of the best there are really fast professional. Please don’t judge based on all reviews. It’s under new management and new ownership. they are really nice and they know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!!!
