The employees at the UPS store, Merrill Rd location, are always friendly, they work efficiently to get your mail out quickly. Even when there is a line of customers, you do not have to wait long.

So easy to get things taken care of in no time at all. I retired from the post office 3 years ago and still haven't gone in to mail anything because the lines are so long. Not at UPS.. don't tell my old bosses though. Lol

Went in at 5:45 on a Thursday to have a simple 1pg paper notarized. Literally 3 sentences on this paper. After sticking my head around the back corner to find someone (hello, hiding from last minute customers much?) they looked at the clock and went oh, we stop notary services at 5pm. Why bother being open until 630 then? Or put it on your website what services end early. Wouldn't have bothered wasting my time if I knew.

I have be going to this store over 10 years and always had great customer service; however; today I will give it a zero, horrible customer service, discriminated against by the worker called Brittany and the slim white young man with long hair to the side of his face. My husband and I went to the store to have a document to be notarized to renew my daughter's Brazilian passport. I had a sticky note on top of this document in Portuguese, he then focused on my sticky note and assumed that my documentation was all in Portuguese and told Brittany that the documentation was in Spanish. She then told us that she could not notarized it because she had to know what the documentation was for and could not read and told us that I had to go some place else without even looking at the document, my husband then got upset and told her that we always had this service provided to us at this location and never had any problems, she shacked her shoulders and told us she would not notarized it and told us to look for some place else. I then showed the document to her and every single word was also translated in English, this documentation was in Portuguese and English and showed it to her, she then said " I'm still not signing it", I'm thinking that she felt embarrassed that she accused the paper to be in Portuguese only by only focusing on my sticky note and never actually looked at the documentation so then when I pointed it out to her she still refused to provide services to something that was totally legal to do and safe, It was nothing but a documentation that needed to be notarized towards my daughter Brazilian passport that I'm renewing it by mail. She totally discriminated me, the fact that she and that boy focused on my sticky note and never actually looked at my documentation was very unprofessional and disrespectful, this place advertise that notarized services are provided; however; they pick and choose to who to provide this service to , the store was full of customers and she repeated over and over that I had to go get those services from some place else. I'm giving this store a zero for being disrespectful and prejudice against foreigners.To all foreigners, this Brittany girl have a problem with foreign people and refuse services and like to tell us to go some place else.Very disappointed. I went to my bank and had it done with no problem with professional people that actually took the extra minute to read the paper, and Mr. Manager, I kept a copy of my document to show you as well.

I have been in this location several times and always had a positive experience.I am on oxygen and when I entered the store today they were quite busy. Kurt went out of his way to wait on me as soon as possible and he offered me a chair for while I was waiting. Everyone is nice and friendly and helpful but I just felt Kurt went the extra mile today and I truly appreciate it.

Best UPS store in town. These people are attentive, polite, fast, personable… honestly the list just goes on.If there’s a line, all employees will drop what they were doing and start helping people get thru the line quicker.If I have a choice I will go out of my way to ship via this UPS store.If you’re looking for good quality people doing an exceptional job, look no farther.Shout out to Ryan, Fox, Kurt, and Doug!

I was trying to return A Wi-Fi box that was in bad condition and the employee aggressively, and rudely put his hands on me with full force and pushed me out the back door of the establishment. Even tho the product I wanted to return was in bad condition the barcode was scannable for me to do the return. I am not satisfied and hope the establishment will do better and follow guidelines
