I have been going to this store for several years. Everyone has always been very helpful and even has come to my car to help carry packages I needed help with. Always smiling and always wishing me a good day. They are 1st class.

TJ specifically makes my transaction extremely smooth! He's almost always there on days I ship (frequently) and he's always happy to be at work. Extremely helpful & always a smooth transaction.

I sent a package on 4/8/2025 that shows it never left the store.I was given 2 tracking number with one being invalid.I have lost hours of work continuing to visit the store.Only 1 person seemed to have any concern regarding my important package.This really sucks!!!!

First let me say this you never know who your servicing when someone patronizing your business. With that being said I patronized UPS Store #5635 Normandy Blvd. When I entered the establishment no greeting: ok that's fine. I'm just looking to make copies documents which I downloaded and made several attempts. I was not assisted only I don't know with attitude. I'm like ok jeez. Please keep in mind people are coming in through the door all of sudden its greeting hello sir hello ma'am . That should be for everyone not just ones you feel deserve it when they walk through your doors. The greeting to the other customer after me was just to save face. Not treating individuals with same courtesy and I'm spending my money at your establishment is unacceptable. If you have a problem with facing customers then find another place to work. The rude lady did not even wear a name plate. Associate Jessica noticed the terrible customer service and looked away. Unbelievable. I willbe contacting corporate.

I have been trying to open a P.O. Box for a while . I already have one at another location but this one is closer . My schedule is crazy and I never have time to drive by . I call there every renewal and leave several messages for pricing ! I have NEVER EVER gotten a call back ! No one EVER answers the phone either ! Tells me everything about the customer service there ! 0/10

The staff immediately greeted me and asked how they help me. The young lady who assisted me was very patient and most helpful in emailing important documents to address a serious matter that needed to be confirmed. Other staff continued to work to make sure ran smoothly. All was done fast with little or no waiting to be serviced. Thanks to everyone. See you all for sure next time.
