I never wanted to come back to this store because last year I used this store to send legal and time effective material to the court and it was lost, I had to make claims for the postage, I was refunded but the paper work was delayed for court, I am not sure if this woman is the owner but she has a negative look on her face, when she’s out with the public, I visited the store this Thursday and I observed her looking at another customer with a side eye and a bad stare on her face, the only reason the store is popular it sits in the middle of town the next UPS store is I oakleaf and the post office if about 5 miles, some one stated prior, that they need customer service training, bad language, bad attitude, nothing, is nice here, and ma am the manager you need to check yourself, you are not above anyone on this earth, smiles and better customer service, thank you

The guy at the front counter is extremely rude and acted like I'm a complete idiot for not knowing how to use the new self scanning machine. In the last few years, I've used this store like three times I think? So, forgive me for not knowing how to use the scanner. I'll just go to the Customer Center off of Prichard instead. The people there are actually nice.

Being an online seller and using this service at UPS specifically this UPS will not be good for your business. Don't send anything over 5 lbs or glass make sure all of your online sales are metal or cloth that'll be the only way that they get there in one piece. I feel like they punk kick every item to the back of the store when you drop it off. The last four items that I have shipped out I have gotten returned and for some strange reason they're not covered under the insurance that we pay for.... So I'm just out of $400 and they could care less about my problem

Notary refused to notarize paperwork when I signed in the store and said didnt see me sign then i asked to watch me sign again next to signature and refused to compare against ID, went to another store Notary that verified information and notarized. Came back to UPS to send envelope and employee refused to assist in sending mail and refused services - worst service I've ever had he deserved every insult that was thrown at him.

I love this store. Tj , Mary and the hole staff are great. They are vary busy a certain hours of the day, however they stay calm and professional.

This business has moved from the right side of Publix to the Left. It is exceptionally busy, crowded and messy. Do not expect the employees to offer much in the way of customer service, but they are proficient at their jobs and the line moves quickly.

I sent an email to get flyers printed and then called to confirm and check on the order. I got someone to answer the phone only one time which he told me they needed a different file to print what i wanted, i said okay and provided that new file within minutes.Now i cannot get anyone to answer the phone, i've called many times and left a message.Clearly they don't want to do business, or they cant print the flyers, which they could have just said the first time someone answered the phone.Last time i went in this store physically I can say the younger man i spoke to was very nice and got my package going where it was supposed too. But this second experience has not been as nice.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY:This employee you mentioned never told me that i needed to come into the store, sounds like he wanted to save his job. He told me that i needed to change my file and i did change the file and followed back up in minutes with another email and the correct file. Then i got no response and no answer on the phone, tried for two days after i sent the follow up email. Then i went to the UPS store on Roosevelt and they were great.thanks but no thanks.
