Great service but for some reason they closed between noon and 5:00. Makes no sense to have to wait till 5:00 in the evening to drop off a package.

It's a shame when someone takes off work to wait around for a delivery by ups just to have to drive not knock on door, just leave a note on fence, when I was home waiting. When you try to call customer service, you get an automated service, which is absolutely no help. If on the off chance you do happen to get a person, you can hardly understand them, they have a manager from service center on pitched road call you back just to be EXTREMELY rude and very unprofessional. UPS is a multi million dollar company just does not care about the customers whatsoever!! SHAME ON YOU UPS

I've ordered products from Amazon on numerous occasions. Often, it's a one day delivery window according to information provided by Amazon Prime. Whenever Amazon chooses to use UPS as the courier, somehow, my orders end up being delayed and rescheduled for delivery, sometimes once, sometimes as many as three times per single delivery. This is not an acceptable business practice for any business. When it comes to customer service, customer satisfaction is paramount.

The loading and unloading supervisor made my spouse work in his underwear because his shorts ripped instead of sending him home to change. Then offered to show him her underwear. Very inappropriate and odd.

I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience with this customer care center went above and beyond! I requested a hold package due to it being delivered to the wrong address but it still went into a ‘Out for Delivery’ status… a UPS Customer Center representative called me and advised of this and gave me OPTIONS to either pick it up at my earliest convenience or to possibly meet up with the driver to get my package. Unheard of!!! I ended up getting my package and a huge crisis was completely avoided. I am so grateful to UPS and shoutout to the wonderful UPS driver!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Nowhere else, have I ever seen such bad customer service in my life. The staff was rude, lazy, hostile, and incompetent. They never even attempted to help my husband find his package with medical supplies that were needed. We spoke to the 1-800 number that said the package would be at the James Casey location, in Jacksonville. The staff couldn't even be bothered to attempt to find a package at their facility. Staff was more concerned with closing the building than doing their jobs. I have read through the reviews for this location and I have seen many similar stories. I would say NEVER USE THIS UPS STORE !!! DON'T USE UPS, USE FED EX!

They need to change their truck to a dump truck, because their service is trash. Lady on the phone started to put words in my mouth, when I called her out all she did was laugh hysterical. These people are garbage and this is why I avoid using ups unless I'm left with no other option.

This is the worst night mare ever , im desperate for help and no buddy can help me, I send out a package from Jacksonville Florida to Miami and package was lost, the lady at old st agustine rd facility refused to help she days the address is correct and she can't do anything, also she has a aggressive ad hostile attitude, I tried to file a lost claim on line with out look , im trying to call the 800 number and can't talk with no buddy, this package contains a medical equipment, I need a help for ups members who can be responsible for ti need help please!!!!his ..

If I could give zero stars I would this company all around has issues from drivers not able to deliver a package even delivering a package to an unbuilt house before. This time takes the cake the baymeadows location has been holding my package hostage for 3 days after I paid an additional fee to have it delivered to an access point when I told customer service that I would pick it up myself I couldn't because they take a 5 hour lunch break Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends I have been told it will be delivered the next day and every time it is still sitting right where it's at my advise is for nobody to ever use this service again this company as a whole needs to go

Package kept getting pushed back as in my my delivery date when asked about my package they couldn’t tell me anything the customer service people are beyond rude hung up in my face, talked to me very disrespectfully I will never order something online again and have to wait for it to come to through them
