Two employees barely doing anything refuse to scan in my Amazon code that I had ready before I walked in the door. Instead I have to wait behind a guy for the 1 kiosk and he has like 30 returns. They can do this in 10 seconds but they're making me wait 5 minutes for no reason. What the hell? Lazy

Got here at 8am to drop off returns. Supposed to open at 8am as posted in the window and online. It’s now 8:10 door is still locked no one in sight. This is the second time this has happened- the first time I didn’t post a review.

CLOSED! for 3days in observance of the 4th?!?
Really, I get closing on the 4th (even though most/many businesses were open) but to stay closed for Saturday thee 5th, selfish and ignorant.
When I stopped by Saturday expecting it to be open i was there for 3 minutes, in those three minutes 3 more people stopped by. making plans to change my shipping go to store, suggest otrhers do the same.

They charge for tape now and require you to do your own Amazon return. Might as well use a different Amazon return location and walk to the nearby store to buy your own roll of tape.
I decided to take my package back to my office and catch the UPS driver. The next time he comes in to handle my return.

Returning Comcast equipment. The guy was fast, efficient, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Nice guy as well.

Came to drop off Amazon package. One package was in a box, so I went up to the counter to ask for 1 piece of tape. To which the associate stated that it would be $3 to tape the box. Rightfully so, but when I declined with a “no thank you” she reached across the counter to take the label off my package…. No question no comment.. just nasty for no reason. I declined bc I had tape in my vehicle, that I planned to use. Poor customer service.

Super rude! Wanted to charge me an extra $3.50 to put a 9 in' piece of tape!!!!Never did any UPS charge me to tape a box, ever!! He said you are welcome to go to the store that doesn't charge. ....and by the way even if my box is taped, they always retake it.

I brought in a small 12x16x6 11lb package and inquired about shipping plus 2k worth of insurance via ups ground. The young lady quoted me $160...I asked the lady if that was accurate...She said "yes" and rolled her eyes at me...I said how could that be because I just put in the dimensions and weight into ups online price calculator for a total of $36 plus insurance which was $1 something per $100 of insurance. She told me the insurance was $4 per $100 and if I didnt like it, go online or somewhere else. She was extremely lucky I had a toddler with me because I would of given her an ear full. Beware of this place and their pricing. I will never step foot in this establishment again....btw...I took the same package to usps and was charged $56 including the insurance

This store is under new management in the last 6 months. Ship pricing has soared! I priced a small 7 lb pkg today and was quoted $66 to deliver via ground in 3 days. I went to FedEx. Same pkg, same 3 day delivery $17. UPS …..something is really wrong here. Last year I would have rated this store and UPS 5 stars. Something is badly broke!

Went to this location to return a Screen Protector for my phone warranty which weights little to nothing. The cashier said it would cost 40 dollars which is the cheapest, I immediately left and went to Fed ex where they charged 10 bucks. The cashier must have been having a bad day or something
