Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked into the store to return a pillow from amazon with a "no label no box needed" return code. After waiting for a few minutes the employees looked at me like I was crazy and states "you got a box fo dat?" to which I replied no and showed them that there was no box or label needed.
They employees then refused to take my package and stated with a rude attitude "how are we supposed to pack that up?" to which I replied "I don't know.. thats your job". After that the employee went on a rampage and began to yell at how rude I was and told me to leave the store.
I left the store and went to another one and received a night and day difference in service. The Atlantic beach store took my package no problem and the only question they asked was if i wanted to receipt. DO NOT go to the monument store, it is run by immature, lazy, rude, and incompetent people.

In my small business, I ship many packages of legal documents back every day. I was in this store today with an approximate 200 page package to ship with a pre-paid label. Unfortunately, I did not have a shipping envelope to use a drop box. After waiting approximately 15 minutes in line that was almost to the entrance door with people behind me, I was called to the front. A letter size, cardboard envelope was given, in which I replied I needed a flexible package, as the cardboard ones tend to rip open in processing by UPS with that size of documents inside. Some yellow bubble wrap looking envelope was produced and I was told it was almost $3. I had to pay for the envelope to ship out my documents??? No way. I was rudely told by "Anthony" I would have to use the cardboard letter thing then. I asked for a store card (which I was told they didn't have) and got my label back. I called UPS myself, got plenty of UPS supplies sent to me for FREE and will never use this location for shipping again. While waiting in line, I observed 2 "employees" sitting in the back area, peeking around at the line. When one did come to the front, she moved boxes around instead of calling more customers. I drove to the store on St. Johns Bluff and they had plenty of supplies and were extremely courteous to their customers. The Monument store is obviously unorganized and unprofessionally run. If you are a UPS store, the least you could do is have UPS shipping envelopes (that are FREE) for your customers. This is exactly why I prefer Fed Ex. They NEVER would ask a customer for payment for any of their shipping envelopes.

Showed up 10 minutes before closing. They had the gate halfway down and the door locked. When they saw me trying to open the door, they headed to the back to hide. We’ll never use this UPS store again.

Overall this a good UPS store to use. The store is clean and they always open on time on the occasions I’ve visited early. Most of the staff are really polite and helpful but occasionally you’ll get a staff person who looks really inconvenienced to be there.

This is a franchise store, and one of the worst. Employees are rude, more specifically, Anthony Harding who claims to be the “manager.” Mr. Harding marginalizes the UPS brand & disavows any connection to UPS other than UPS’ “obligation” to pick up & drop off packages. This is a UPS location that should be avoided. PLEASE do not send packages from this location that are of value. The package will end up on the dark side of the moon & every employee, including Mr. Harding will pass blame to UPS and provide you with 3 to 4 800 numbers that are of NO help. If you inquire more than once, Mr. Harding becomes irritated, raising his voice while threatening to sue you for harassment. I find it hard to believe that UPS corporate allows this store to remain open. This was posted by Harding circa 3 years ago;Anthony Harding3 years ago“ Very customer friendly store. Appears many customers are not aware that UPS andTHE UPS STORES are separate entitys.[sic].The packages leave the stores daily then it becomes UPS ( big brown) responsibility to up date the tracking.Harding appears to have a misunderstanding of what he signed up for. This is equivalent to Apple stating “Apple stores are separate entities. Once the packages [sic] leave the store daily, then it becomes Apple corporate.”Harding’s store should be closed by “big brown” immediately. He is trashing the UPS brand.

I went to this store on 12/16/23 to ship 4 boxes. The largest box was Christmas presents for my niece and a very special canvas for my brother and SIL. All of my other packages made it except the one to my niece. I was devastated. She is only 2 and was waiting for her Christmas presents from her aunt sissy. My tracking only said label created 12/18/23 and nothing further. Something is fishy. I asked where the package went from the monument store they said to the hub. They said they would investigate. I had to call them to see if they “found” my package even though they told me they would be in contact with me. I believe there was no investigation. I believe there is a thief at UPS and it was stolen. I don’t care about the $, it was the thought and time put into personalized gifts. I will never ship with UPS again and I will tell everyone that I can about my awful experience and UPS workers who acted like they could care less they lost my package. I am including a picture of my box. How do you lose a box 24x16x19? I know how, someone steals it or crushes it and doesn’t tell you.

Tony Harding really took his time to help return a toy. I never really returned anything bought at Amazon. I hope that Tony will be recognize by his managers.

They are always so friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it is. Usually the manager is there, helping out, when necessary. Don’t mind being asked for information.
