I recently visited The UPS Store and was absolutely impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Gabby, Charlotte, Jaden, and Dayja. From the moment I walked in, Gabby greeted me with a warm smile and immediately asked how she could assist. Her genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued as a customer.
Charlotte was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, guiding me through the various shipping options with patience and clarity. She ensured I got the best deal for my needs, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Jaden impressed me with his meticulous attention to detail. He carefully packed my items, ensuring everything was secure and safe for transit. His dedication to doing things right the first time is truly commendable.
Dayja rounded out this fantastic team with her energetic spirit. She was quick to answer additional questions I had and helped me with some last-minute printing needs. It was evident she took pride in her work and genuinely cared about providing a seamless experience.
Overall, this visit was an absolute pleasure thanks to Gabby, Charlotte, Jaden, and Dayja. Their exceptional service and teamwork make this UPS Store location a top-notch choice for all shipping and printing needs. They seem to enjoy their job and working hard together to help people!! Five stars all the way!

This store has gone downhill since I first got my mailbox. They never answer the phone. The lines are long, the service is slow, and employees have side conversations while customers are waiting. Very unprofessional, plus there doesn't seem to be anyone in charge that can establish some kind of order and structure. I'm seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere, plus their price keeps going up when salaries in general are stagnant. This is not sustainable. I wish I could pay for my mailbox online instead of having to go in person and go through the hassle. The UPS Store needs to figure out a better way to make payments. If other establishments can do it, they can figure out a way too. Very dissatisfied with service overall.

The hours say open till 6:30 but I went by at 6:07 and they were closed. I would've gone to a different store if I knew the hours were open till 6:30-ISH. Also, big OPEN sign in the window was on.....so be aware, if something is time sensitive I would go to a different store.

Do not change your delivery to this access point. They fail to let you know your package will be delayed days before you can pick it up. It will just sit in jacksonville for a crap long. I have other locations that accept the package the same day. This one hates to work.

This is by far the worst managed to UPS. The customer service skills are nowhere to be found. The workers are having conversations amongst themselves at an outdoor volume while completely ignoring customers waiting in line or at the counter, trying to check out. Today, when I walked in employee was on the phone with someone behind the counter on speakerphone While five of us were in line. Abraham somewhat managed to keep everyone in line, but it appears when he is not there or is no longer there, It is a disaster. I don’t recommend

The young blonde female with long fake nails (must be the owners daughter) was one of the rudest associates I have ever encountered. She should not be in a high paced environment if she is unable to handle her attitude or stress. I would not recommend this facility. The other staff members were helpful and nice. Her on the other hand, RUDE!!! She needs more training to learn how to be more professional or let go! Her unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Crap! Have you ever seen so many negative reviews in one place over and over. I've come here for years-the managers attitude towards all-just unbelievable! Never changes. I don't want to even hear from the manager/owner...Ive already read all of 'canned follow up' reponses over and over---ugh! unbelievable.
Just found another UPS store down Southside

Worst costumer service ever. I believe her name was Michelle, she stereotyped me for being Latina and was rude and racist against me. Didn’t have any knowledge about fingerprints and requirements.And when I told her she had an attitude and she’s should fix it she laughed at me and continued to give me attitude. Do not visit this place for fingerprints.

Terrible terrible customer service. Unfriendly !!!! I been here 10 years , I went inside there two lady tell me to wait I’m the only customer in the store there’s no one in front of me and they tell me if I don’t want wait I can return it by myself at computer behind me after couple minutes the lady asked if I am ready I give her 3small box that’s how I got from mail . just use tape , and tape around it will be fine . And she tell me to buy a new big box to put all together . when I try to print out my QR quote the lady spray a lot glass water in front me try to clean the desk , and I was pregnant I can’t smell to much spray make me feel bad . They can’t even wait for 5 minutes wait to customer gone then clean ????

Scheduled my fingerprint to be done at this location as it was one of the options. The email confirmation said to bring 2 forms of ID and the email. I was turned away for not having a QR code in the email. Don’t waste your time.

This is my go to UPS Store. Everyone in here is so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Michelle is my go to person as she is very friendly and always helps me out. Out of all the stores I’ve been to by far. This one has provided me with the best service.

I went there today to mail a letter to Phoenix, Arizona from Jacksonville, Florida and I asked the young lady who worked the register” About how many days do you think the letter will arrive there?” And her answer was it’ll get there when he gets there. I said excuse me that’s not a professional answer. She said well I mean I’ll get there when they get there. I said that’s how they trained you. That’s your customer service she said yeah they need better training than that. Will not ever go back to that UPS office

The staff who works during lunch time needs to be more professional. Everyone who uses the lunch break to drop off packages usually in a hurry, and it really needs to take 2 persons to fix a tag printing machine problem I’m already standing in front of the counter??? And it’s not even the shipping label printer, it’s seems like a price tag printing machine, and that really isn’t something that customer would need at the moment while there were a line that goes all the way to the door already. Can they fix that later? That is so unprofessional.

Store associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. Look at all the bad reviews; must be bad management for this to continue to go on. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
