New residence and they are not giving a key, telling us to order new etc WHAT!? 2 weeks they've held my mail & refuse to giving the delivered mail...is this not a federal entity???

waited in line for close to an hour, clerk was slow and multi tasking. my package (a gift from a recent vacation to my mother) ended up lost in california instead of texas. I'm in the middle of filing a claim now and have been working on this since last month. thankfully the postmaster in Texas reached out otherwise I'd still be in the loop of customer service. BE WARNED, take your packages to ups unless you want them lost.

Why is there always just one person working? Like you would think the post office would have it together and not have their customers waiting 45 mins for a postal stamp! This is the worse location I’ve been to and to think this is Argyle Forest location!

I was active duty for 20 years, new post office every 2-3 years and this is hands down the worst. I have not gotten mail at my new residence in 6 months, and only get songs and dances about how it was somehow either mine or my previous post office's fault. No accountability. I had better mail service in Kabul, Afghanistan.

I had a horrible experience here with a gentleman that wore glasses a bit elderly eith salt and peper short hair. I was sure I had the documents i needed he rushed me and told me I couldnt use my passport card when the document he provided me says its accepted and turned me away after waiting 1 hr. Was rude and refuse to read after i said I didnt my reading glasses.

Every time come here, there's a line of people almost going out the door!!! They need to hire more people at this facility because it shouldn't take 30-45 minutes to reach the counter to talk to someone!!! Do better USPS!!

answer the PHONES AND STOP PUTTING CUSTOMERS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES!! :)

It looks like an abandoned building. Without the sign by the road we would have passed it by. I got there at 230 pm, and it took almost 35 minutes to mail a small package. Also, they were not taking cash, pity the poor people who don't have a credit/debit card. When I was finished, there were 8 people in line with one person open. Good luck.

Not sure what’s going on with this US post office off of Blanding // Westland Station but they haven’t cut their grass in weeks, weeded their parking lot or pressure washed anything, cleaned up anything in years. Looks like the end of the world kind of thing? What is going on? Myself and others wondering if it was open?

We are here with a line of people and it's 8:58am Friday morning and no has opened up for service. Over 10 customers in line, no one has even came out to acknowledge that we are here. Totally unsate!
