I am working for home and the left me papers in my mailbox. Sorry, wr miss you when you was out. They don't even bother to go to the door how the missed me.Now I need to go to the Post Office to pick up the mail. Ridiculous

As of today 6 packages in a row delivered to random neighbors doorsteps, all addressed correctly, all to different neighbors.If a person can't get a 4 digit address correct they shouldn't be delivering mail. Accidents happen but ever since we got a new person running our route out of this location last year this has just been consistent.

Carrier misdelivered an item valued at over $400 and the residents at the address took the package and forged my signature, a federal crime. USPS claimed to have sent a supervisor to the address to attempt to retrieve the package but they pre closed my case without a resolution for some unknown reason. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them on the phone during their business hours and they won’t pick up. Are they hoping I forget about this?

Today was the first time I’ve been to the post office in years and I had a wonderful experience here. I had a couple of things I needed help with and resolved. And the two people, a man and woman, who helped me were super friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch their names but I’m grateful for their kindness and expertise.

I had a package that came from Canada and as of today 2-16-24 it has been over 30days. It has come to the. Regional office in Jacksonville and then sent the regional office. In penisucola fl. Then back to Jacksonville. This took up 15 days and still going

The worstThere has to be about 20 people in here and only one worker. I've been here in line since 5:00. There were three..then two, now one it is now 5;28 and the line is moving slowI hate this location.. it's always the same.One hour before I made it to the counter only to find out...the person I spoke to did not give me correct information...one hour wasted standing and waiting...only to have to go back . If I could use another location all in me knows I would drive all the way to Orange Park or Mandarin to avoid this unprofessional location. I've been in this area for almost 25 years and this place has been the same. The worst location ever!!!!!! They need professional development in customer service or get a new crew. The way they operate is unacceptable

There is no time during the day that this office has no long lines. Be prepared to stay in line for 45-60 minutes. They would make up conversations over conversations to make it longer and longer. Unfortunately I work near by and it is the closest location. You would go to the ones across the bridge and the service is efficient and fast. It does not take a rocket scientist to do the job effectively.

I wish I could put 0 stars instead of 1. This is the worst place to go. The unrespect for people's time is huge. The people working there just like to take their time, the longest the best for them. Leave the counter unattended, wait for a hole hour just to come back at you tell you there's is no mail for you. I told the guy he was charging incorrectly and insisted it was right. The service was not the one I ask for. I ask to speak to a manager and guess what, there is always an axcuse. Worst part is that no matter how many bad reviews this place has, they still there, doing the same thing and even worst.

It can go a little slow but the clerks are very nice and they have a self service machine for envelopes and small-medium packages seems like 12x12" and under

Hands down the worst post office I have ever experienced. I have waited no less than 45 mins every time I visit and they are always very short staffed. The staff are rude and yell at customers, they lost my mail for a month and I barely got an I'm sorry. Extremely disorganized and lost multiple items of mine. I drive 15 mins out of the way so I never have to return here.
